I reached out to customer support because I already paid, but the app wasn’t allowing me to edit the app I paid for. I was told I needed to pay the premium price because it is Apple product. But online it says that’s specifically for the launch page, for the app to be ON Apple devices. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to edit my app just because I have an Apple device, the downloaded app is basically blank.
Customer support kept telling me I was wrong, i did my best to explain the issue and my confusion to be told I am not following instructions. When I sent screenshots I was told my screenshots were “wrong”.???? I was told I was wasting their time and could have launched the app by now, but because I couldn’t even log in to their service on safari.
I was stuck on “reset your password” and the rep kept saying I was being difficult. I changed my password 6 times to be told again that I am incapable of following instructions. Worst customer service ever. Only to see their 5 star reviews are seemingly fake too. I tried to cancel my service but I can’t unless I email their team, which seems really complicated and wrong, I had to ask over 5 times to cancel to be given the email where I can do this....

Constant bugs as soon as you open the app- can’t escape the chat with the assistant, couldn’t scroll to confirm my email, no menus to just browse what services are offered. And then on top of that, after every failed attempt of working with the assistant, you are constantly asked to give a review. Legit every single time you send a message, they’ll ask you for a review.
For a company that sells website creation, they should take a look in the mirror. I don’t want any of my customers to have the experience I just had.

When you enter it gives you the option to do your own app but the assistant asks you to describe what kind of app you want to make. When i sent it it said there were nothing available and i kept trying . But the only option there was is to keep messaging describing it to the assistant. So it is not very helpful if this happens to you too. Plus , at the beginning it only lets you start by sign in or log in. And it's too much stuff to do .
