Please update to fix app crashes
I absolutely love KV core platform on the desktop and a laptop or any type of computer but this mobile application has some serious issues every aspect update the app glitches or crashes conversing with conversations via the smart number is extremely difficult. You do not have all of the functionality and tools that you have on the PC version and all of those tools compliment the platform and should be available at your fingertips on the mobile device

Basic features missing…
come on, let's get real… This is 2019 most mobile devices which this app is supposed to be used on provide for face recognition fingerprint recognition etc. Yet every time we go into this app we have to put in our user ID and password no way to take it vantage of face recognition or fingerprint readers. Even banking applications allow for this function it's not hard these are basic tools provided to the application developers. Please, if you want this application to be taken seriously, then provide basic functionality that we find in practically 80% of the current applications that deal with mortgages, financial institutions, insurance companies, etc. And please don't tell that these are security issues or are good security practices they are and they're proven.

It’s ok
The app itself is very functional and easy to follow. You have just about all the same capabilities as with the software plus a decent auto dialing function. However, it does not seem to update until you open it. When you open it, you need to manually seek an update and then the update is verrrry slow. Missed a lot of notifications this way. Lots of potential but seems like the app must be streamlined.
