Customer support nonexistent

I purchased the lifetime option for $70 last week and had software issues. I sent a customer support request on their platform to get help but a had a reply to my email that the contact was not found. I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it and it worked to resolve the issue but it worries me that if I ever have another issue in the future that there will be no one there to help me. I am contemplating on calling apple and getting a refund. Before this, I was thinking about buying their learn to read app too.
Not working

App stopped working and did not work for past two weeks. Always gives internet connectivity problem. Internet works fine with all other plans. If not fixed in 5 days I will cancel my subscription
