Cannot get QR code, just keeps saying telephone number has been verified. Tried deleting app and reinstalling, but it is just the same.

Having problems with my Greene King Season ticket app, have tried to sort it out with no success, can you please delete my account and I will then re register again. My phone number is 07701332147 hopefully you can sort this out for me, thanking you Sheila

Since upgrading my phone the app tells me to verify for qr code but then says the phone is already verified but cannot get the discount.

Unable to get code. Just get " the mobile number is already verified" , then nothing happens. I have uninstalled etc, no change. This app is a waste of time.

My app is asks for unlock reward but when I click on my number it says this number has already been verified. I jave uninstalled and reinstalled get the same result.

I have had the app for several years without issue. The promotion code number is not refreshing. I have logged out of the app and even deleted and reloaded but still have the same code.

Got new phone, installed app and it will not give me a code for discount.

I have a new handset using the same number and the app will not verify my Greene King season ticket and states the account is already verified. I have the app but it will not give me the code.

App won't show code to get 10%off drinks.

Unable to get code . 10% of drinks. In offers box - no items found.

10% Off Drinks section always says ‘no items found’ when I press on it so never get the 10% off QR code for the deal. Could you help.

When trying to order I get to pay and a error comes up , unable to take payment, try a different method, and a code Z249
