My provider uses this to manage bookings but the functionality has not improved but rather declined. The reminder texts used to include the link to my booking but it no longer does; she changed nothing on her side. In addition, on the client side, none of her services/prices show AT ALL in the “book now” section. I cannot book anything via Fresha with her, nor check cost of services. When I reached out to their support I got a response email asking for the details I included in the initial email. I responded with that info. I then got a second email two days later stating “since we haven’t heard from you…”
I sent a THIRD email with screen shot showing I responded. I have now heard nothing more.
My provider pays (and I indirectly pay) for Fresha that doesn’t work. Not her fault; they don’t provide support to her neither. (She suggested the support email in the first place since they’ve been so unresponsive to her)

I do not like having a credit card on file with any app online. I generally pay cash at the time services are rendered, and I don’t appreciate not being able to schedule without it. I understand your cancellation policy, but you don’t have a policy for people having to wait for their services when they have a scheduled appointment time. I might as well be a walk-in from the street if a walk-in runs over into my scheduled appointment.

Downloaded Fresha after receiving a gift card as a gift. I can’t load it in payment options but the salon wants a non refundable deposit from a credit card. Defeats the purpose of giving a gift card if the recipient has to pay to use it.

I was randomly logged out, and when I tried to log back in, my password was no longer working. When I tried to update my password through Fresha , I got an error message with no additional information. I had to call my barber and just schedule over the phone, Fresha doesn’t work.

Fresha barely ever works, it’s always stuck on the this app logo and won’t even go past it. Have sat and waited 10 minutes before it finally worked... get it working better and faster. It’s very buggy and horrible to use. My clients always get a call from their banks about fraud when trying to add their cards to their appointments... it’s very frustrating..

I’m a salon professional and I’ve used several apps for both booking and payment. This one is the absolute WORST of all! There does not seem to be any tech support, in my case I could not sync my business account on Fresha , and no matter how many times I emailed, they responded with “ we are experiencing higher than usual customer support issues and will get to you maybe never- please check our FAQ section” which doesn’t help. They tell you to describe the issue in detail, so now I’m getting emails ( from my replies!) that say they aren’t hearing back from me, so my issue must be resolved. Well, it’s not! I deleted their app and I’m moving to another Salon booking software system.
Don’t fall for this junk!

Annoying you can’t turn off just the rating notification in app. And that you can’t click on the date to add it to your calendar.. basic features.

Can’t log into Fresha at all… cannot reach customer service. Other than that the website is great, just want to get untouched with someone to ask questions.

Tap to pay or any payment methods have no been working for weeks now. Please fix

On the appointment list it would be helpful to have a description of what service it’s for instead of saying 1 or 2 items. It would make rescheduling appointments for the same service easier, so you wouldn’t have to tap into it to see what the service is for, then have to go back to each one to see which one you need to reschedule, if you have multiple appointments but some could be a pedi and some a mani.

Hermosa Nail Bay technicians are professional, kind and simply amazing. The quality of work is top notch. The price of a mani pedi is the same price as a strip mall salon, yet they are in the heart of beautiful Hermosa Beach. The small touches impress me the most…the owner makes a point of talking to every customer and provides sparkling water with fresh fruit, served on a tray in a bamboo cup. It’s a very relaxing experience!

The salon is clean and great customer service. Pick a Pinterest photo and they will do. Amazing nail’s always. Always attention to detail! Will definitely recommend

I used Fresha all the time for my local nail salon but now Fresha just stays in the white screen after the update and won’t load? I’m not sure if the recent update caused this or what but I miss being able to use it!

I have booked multiple appointments at EBDB with various hair/lash professionals and I’ve never been disappointed.

It’s not often you find a rare gem! Marcus is a rare gem. He offers not only a quality service but he does it with joy, laughter and takes such pride in making sure his customer is happy!

Fresha is retry useless when shops don’t stick their appointments. Not trust worthy.
