My provider uses this to manage bookings but the functionality has not improved but rather declined. The reminder texts used to include the link to my booking but it no longer does; she changed nothing on her side. In addition, on the client side, none of her services/prices show AT ALL in the “book now” section. I cannot book anything via the app with her, nor check cost of services. When I reached out to their support I got a response email asking for the details I included in the initial email. I responded with that info. I then got a second email two days later stating “since we haven’t heard from you…” I sent a THIRD email with screen shot showing I responded. I have now heard nothing more. My provider pays (and I indirectly pay) for this app that doesn’t work. Not her fault; they don’t provide support to her neither. (She suggested the support email in the first place since they’ve been so unresponsive to her)

I’m a salon professional and I’ve used several apps for both booking and payment. This one is the absolute WORST of all! There does not seem to be any tech support, in my case I could not sync my business account on the app, and no matter how many times I emailed, they responded with “ we are experiencing higher than usual customer support issues and will get to you maybe never- please check our FAQ section” which doesn’t help. They tell you to describe the issue in detail, so now I’m getting emails ( from my replies!) that say they aren’t hearing back from me, so my issue must be resolved. Well, it’s not! I deleted their app and I’m moving to another Salon booking software system. Don’t fall for this junk!

I do not like having a credit card on file with any app online. I generally pay cash at the time services are rendered, and I don’t appreciate not being able to schedule without it. I understand your cancellation policy, but you don’t have a policy for people having to wait for their services when they have a scheduled appointment time. I might as well be a walk-in from the street if a walk-in runs over into my scheduled appointment.
