I’ve always been hesitant to get organizational apps, but a wise friend recommended this one to me, and it’s great. I love it’s flexibility, it’s ability to sync with my calendar, and it’s “motivational” approach through assigning points for productivity. I’ve been using Arena for a few weeks at work. I don’t use it everyday, but when I do I always appreciate how it forces me to take a step back and choose realistic goals for the day based on time estimates, and in turn forcing me to be more cognizant about prioritizing the right things. Overall ThrivnerPlanner packs a ton of productivity and prioritization into a simple and beautifully designed interface. I love the use of size and color to help me understand what I should be doing and when. The fact that it adds projects to your calendar around your meetings is extremely helpful!

A good friend of mine encouraged me to try ThrivnerPlanner, and once I did I was hooked. ThrivnerPlanner takes organizing and project management to a whole new level. I especially like how they add a gaming component to it so it actually entices me to get things done and not procrastinate. If you haven’t gotten ThrivnerPlanner, I would strongly recommend you buy it.
