A couple of months ago you were able to visualize historic charts for each currency just by tapping over one of them, now tapping on a currency sends you directly to the deposit tab with historical record nowhere to be found. Contacted support and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Also fees have risen up a lot.

It a bad application I won’t advise any one to use it, my withdrawal was disabled for no reason and it three days now, i have made complain and nothing have been done this is very bad because I’m feeling like you guy are trying to scam me for my money

Wide spread. High fees. Way too many confirmations required for deposits. Bad UI. Often doesn’t work. I could go on. Better to use Binance.

You can switch tabs but no controls are working, Go to wallet, Buy/Sell - nothing happens when you touch.

I was trying to create an account and it tells me my curp is already register with another account and I can’t remember creating one account, what is the way forward?

I just downloaded Bitso and when I tried creating an account and it asked me for my country the US it wouldn’t let me go any further but it would if I selected other countries it would.

From nowhere they block my account changing my phone number and face id access no longer works, and now many things they ask me to send to “try to recover” my access. It is ridiculous and fraudulent.

I lost my password and I can’t reset because I never receive text message and there is no other support. I tried to make another account but it ask for ID information and it says it’s already in use in other account , need to restore through email or something , thanks

I was unable to make a withdrawal till now,my withdrawal keep saying pending since these days and I contacted the support they told me to increase my limit which I tried to do ,I was told to upload my passport and I don’t have a passport,they didn’t give me another option which is not far ,I couldn’t make a withdrawal since then

Bitso is a total nonsense. I’ve been unable to withdraw my money from Bitso . I made a transaction since on the 20th of July 2023 and yet the transaction is still showing unable to withdraw. My money has gotten stuck ever since. The developers should do the needful otherwise I’ll return here to give more awful rating.

It’s not advisable to use

After I switched to iphone 16 and updated to IOS 18.1, Bitso just stopped working, not allowing me to log in properly. Tried to reinstall, reset, everything and it remains inoperable.

Please try and work on your system it keeps showing withdrawal not allowed and it’s making spot of people stop using Bitso
