App crashes almost every time when trying to open it on IOS 16.0 (beta). When the app opens (very rarely) with a bit of luck, the app is pretty laggy, but works though.

How to fix Itsme app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Itsme app on iPhone
Update Itsme app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Itsme iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Itsme on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Itsme network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Itsme Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Itsme not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Itsme App
1. On android, goto Settings » Itsme » click [Force Stop]

Update Itsme to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Itsme App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Itsme » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Itsme.

Fix Itsme unable to contact server/ Itsme internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Itsme » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Itsme » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
