On Android 12 on Samsung A13 5G, Itsme at first launch crash when an action is clicked. Then OK when relaunched.

App crashes almost every time when trying to open it on IOS 16.0 (beta). When the app opens (very rarely) with a bit of luck, the app is pretty laggy, but works though.

Whenever I try to confirm, the app closes down. Tried re-installing, same problem. Samsung S9,everything up to date.

Close and restart the Itsme app on iPhone
Update Itsme app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve Itsme network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Itsme app issues:

Force Stop the Itsme App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Itsme app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Itsme to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Itsme App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Itsme app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Itsme.

Fix Itsme unable to contact server/ Itsme internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Itsme » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Itsme » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Itsme on android.
