ok...you win.....it is set up so you cannot communicate with bybe.......will not use again and will contact brewery or winemaker to let them know their marketing option will not work with me unless they off another source to process their rebates......cheers and goodbye

I submitted Bush Light $4, Keystone Light $2, Bud Light$10, and Michelob Ultra $10 rebates! And under "Rejected Submissions " it states Duplicate submissions?????? I have tried to send BYBE picture of receipt for $7 rebate on Founders IPA...I have e-mailed, etc. several times...no response! I would like to "TALK" to someone about this ....the problem all started back the day we bought the beer @Meijer in Bay City. Can I mail a copy of my receipt to you?? Give me the correct instructions.

My account states that I have earned $24.00, I used BYBE last year while on vacation and received rebates on PayPal in a very short time. I’ve tried to cash out several times to PayPal for Jan/Feb without success. Thank You

I have tried to apply for a rebate but in each case the message is that I am not verified. I do not have a cell # and therefore cannot receive a code via text. Is is possible to get a code through land-line phone - or via email? I have now missed out on rebates for beer purchases twice but would like to get verified so that I can apply for rebate on my most recent purchase which was yesterday. Thanks if you could help. Email would be the easiest and best way to send me a code. With thanks.

Hello. I submitted my receipt for the $5.00 Partake rebate which was a very easy process. Within a couple days I received an email showing rebate was complete Then I chose to have my rebate deposited into my PayPal account. It never showed up. Then I went back to chose VENMO and a deposit was not made to my account. Can you please help? What am I doing wrong? I prefer the rebate be deposited into my VENMO account. Thank you in advance. I have contacted them multiple times for 2 weeks and they don't reply. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend using them. I'm going to contact the beer manufacturers so they know how terrible they are treating their customers.

I submitted my rebate for $4.00 rebate on White Claw TWICE. It was rejected both times. Keep saying submit itemized including location, date, receipt ID. I can see the uploaded receipt with everything legible and circled. Why is it keep getting rejected?

Publix store receipt doesn't differentiate between Yuengling regular beer and Flight. Bybe keeps rejecting my receipt. It is 5.00 please straight this out. Not my fault.

How many STBC rebates can you get? i submitted 1 and it says i have $5.oo. i've tried to submit more and nothing happens. the workers at consumer beverage say it can be done numerous times. which is it one and done or can you receive multiple (if so why isn't it working??).

I have tried submitting a receipt and their app keeps cutting off the bar code. I finally made a copy of the bar code and put it next to the receipt and they say that it is not a valid receipt. I have tried submitting a scan of receipt from computer and a photo using their app on the phone and it just won't show the whole receipt. They need to get their cap together.

Not Impressed

The offer was for Budweiser or Bud Light 18 packs or more, four submissions allowed, five dollar rebate. I sent three different submissions, only one of them went through the other two were rejected saying I had already reached the limit. Once again, the limit was four. And also, there is no way to get in touch with anyone, if you go to the link for help it’s just about the website not getting in touch with anyone, there’s a phone number but no one ever answers. Not impressed.

Great money back for drinking what I like

I love this app because it allows me to get cash back when drinking things I already like. I like that they added the search button. I would also like a way to look at the item and then go back to my spot with out the screen starting over.

Fastest rebate ever

I know about this app thru Target, at first i thought it was a rebate from target directly. Then when i read the detail, it was actually rebate thru BYBE. So I immediately submitted the previous week purchase to the app! BAM! I received my rebate in 2.5 days ( because of the weekend, if not i think it would be soon). And the customer service reply so quick and fixed the issue . Very amaze and impressed! I will continue to purchase beers based on rebate from BYBE!
