I haven’t used other map apps for accessing OpenStreetMap data. This looks like it is just a map viewer. You can measure distances and paths.
The interface is clean and simple.
OSMaps does not offer navigation. There is no way that I can see to contribute corrections or additions.
Up to date but blurry

Very nice to have an app that has recent edits from OSM, but these maps are a bit fuzzy.
