This is seriously the perfect app for tracking symptoms, meds, and whatever else you want.

I can input whatever symptoms I want to and also add a severity scale if needed, I can track when I had doctor’s appointments or when it was raining, I can track medicine and my mood each day, AND I can print out a report of a month to show my doctor.

It’s awesome, and I also love the journal feature that adds an automatic time stamp because that way I can easily remember when in a day I last took a med. It’s great and super user friendly. I sound like I’m in an advertisement, I know, but I want everyone to know how awesome MyDataHelps is.

I have completed all tasks but I continue to get this message at the top of the tasks screen indicating that I have not completed a specific task (not taken a bonus blood pressure). I try and select the task and it doesn’t respond. The message doesn’t give a date to properly identify when this task was supposed to have not been completed.
This message doesn’t show up in the mornings when I begin working on the daily tasks but it shows up a few hours later and continues to stay there for the rest of the day and regardless of how many tasks are completed or without regard to how many additional tasks are completed beyond what is required.
MyDataHelps needs some way to send messages to the developer or review team or someone so that messages like this are not necessary.

Amazing! I just wish there was a way I could edit my symptoms on the “Track illness” feature. I don’t know if it would be possible or if it would help but I think the illness being better or worse because of a decrease or increase in symptoms not previously noticed is major. But thank you guys for the great work and for what you’re doin.

In opening MyDataHelps , it shows “asthma digital study” at the top and then just the spinning daisy. It stays there and never refreshes. When I click on Profile, it’s the same thing. I assume MyDataHelps is unable to connect with the server. MyDataHelps worked fine two weeks ago when last checked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Very quick and simple to use which makes it easier to utilize MyDataHelps consistently. This will be helpful when talking with my doctors about symptoms and pain levels and locations.

Many have had a third Covid vaccine. There’s no place to record it on My Data Helps. I’d think that would be relevant information.

Suggestion how about a way to earn points that can be redeemed for rewards like paypal cash or gift cards for contributing to health research thank you I like MyDataHelps

Saw via FitBit that Scripps looking for volunteers to share health data to research COVID-19; no problem. But a data error when I submitted my info (tried twice) followed by a follow-up attempt to register that told me I’m already register but wouldn’t allow a password reset or any means to proceed means I’m out. Hopefully their disease-fighting competence far exceeds their app-designing competence.

Not sure what’s going on but this last up date has got to be the worst update ever . I have to wait 5 minutes for MyDataHelps to open before I can take my BP

Easy to fill out surveys, link activity and health data for multiple research studies and has nice visualization of EHR and activity data

No way to add a booster

It would be great to be able to export lab and clinical data from MyDataHelps to the Apple Health app

MyDataHelps says I have an activity, but I’ve completed everything yesterday. It has “Study Hotline” with a hyperlink that says “email us”…but that link doesn’t work.

I tried to add the date of my booster shot but the “done” button is greyed out and won’t submit the data. PLEASE FIX THIS

i tried and filled out my info 4 times and got an error each time.

Is not listing resting heart rate for the last month. App support/website lead no where useful.

How can I synchronize with my Garmin? Only shows Fitbit and Apple Watch

Print is too small to read. Cannot magnify or stretch out data. I’d like to read it.
