App will not allow me to create a login and then when I try to report the issue through IndianaWIC , it won’t let me select an issue type, and won’t let me submit the report without that field completed. Very frustrating.

I was loving IndianaWIC. I was able to log in when I first registered. Ever since the first time I logged in, it tells me my passwords wrong, and I know it’s not. So I tried the “forgot password”. It asked for my email and card holders birthday, i put in my email and birthday and it said error and said to enter the birthday again. So now I’m unable to use IndianaWIC. It’s very frustrating because I loved it when I was first able to log in, now I can’t use it at all. 😕

-IndianaWIC often takes a long time to load.
-Sometimes if it is close to my “reload” day it shows I have nothing left to purchase but if I call the card number it tells me I do.

IndianaWIC is nice to be able to have all appointment info and benefits in one place but it’s still always crashing, tells me my password is incorrect when it’s definitely not. Also, there should be a spot to make or reschedule appointments without having to call. My Wic office is literally just a mom on a work phone....she is not always available.

Just installed it & LOVE IT!! Finally ALL my benefits, appointments, etc in one place. No need to worry about forgetting my booklet or calling to see what benefits r left bcuz it’s all listed here. I love that I can easily find what WIC stores r nearest to my current location & I’m guessing the barcode scanner is to check that an item is WIC approved (have yet to try it). If so, that’s a big time saver. No more agonizing over what is the RIGHT item. Thank you so much!!! 😍😁👏

I love IndianaWIC! I always forgot what benefits was left over for the month and now I don't have to worry about that anymore! This is truly a stress reliever in that area! Thank you!

Wic has come a long way since the paper checks they used to give out and you had to use them all at once. You don’t have to do that now just use by the end date for each month and you have appointment reminders. Very nice app.

I like IndianaWIC it seems to have everything I need and all in one place which makes it convenient when going to the store.

Amazing! Extremely helpful with appointment reminders and benefits available. Makes it easier so I won’t have to call each time I forget which Benefits i have available or miss an appointment!

I think it’s very helpful when u don’t know what’s approved and what’s not. It really comes in handy and then u don’t have to call or keep receipts to see what u have. It’s all right there in IndianaWIC .

So fast and easy, IndianaWIC refreshes as soon as I checkout and I am able to see what I have left and how much! Easily accessible is the appointment feature that allows me to check my next appointment without having to call the office!

It is so easy and helpful to be able to see what benefits that I have left right on my phone. Everything about the WIC benefits are better. No more paper checks and using an entire check for that 1 item you really need. It’s also way more convenient at the checkout too.

This was much needed! So handy and helpful! I’m thankful for these benefits and the ease of use being implemented by the program! So many advances since my first child 6 years ago and I no loner dread going to the store! Thank you !

Just downloaded IndianaWIC and unable to registrar because it keeps crashing once I have to put in my dob
