We spent about 4k+ on this for our kids to learn mandarin. They wouldn't give me nor set up all the classes for my kids that I paid. Like? 🤨 Also they kept changing prices as well.. definitely just choose some other program that offers Mandarin lessons. These guys are full of themselves.

Don’t trust this company! I gave them money and they stole it and never booked classes for me. It’s a Chinese scam!

Coming from a student that is forced to use this, I hate it tbh my teacher treats me like a little kid when I’m a teenager and she asks questions that’s probably for 5 year old not even kidding it’s so hard to bare and they said there would be games and fun activities and stuff but in my experience, no. Where are the fun activities? Every class is the same. She tells me to go over the words I’m supposed to know already and then move onto the stories. I as a teenager have to read about stories that’s probably meant for 6 year olds bedtime stories. For example a story I had to read was that “once upon a time there was a tree and in that tree was a nest and in that nest there was a magpie. They were very lonely until ONE DAY miraculously many trees sprouted and in those trees were more nests with more magpies. The tree was no longer lonely and neither was the bird. Every day the magpies would fly off to play and then when night come they would fly back to their nests and sleep.” Bro why would you ask a teenager especially when they’re raised in America to read that 💀 like are the teenagers in China so childish? I mean seriously I’m questioning what the teenagers in China likes and stuff to make people there look at that story and think “oh yes this is the perfect story to teach a teenager.” Or maybe idk it’s just me since I’m in a different environment but that story was dead boring. I’ve been doing Chinese classes for almost a year and completed almost fifty classes but I’m praying I turn 16 so I don’t have to do this anymore. If you ask me this is the perfect medium level punishment to kids. Don’t get me started in the homework, one of them asked me to fill out what a letters upper or lower case letters were like if there was a “k” you’d have to write “K” next to it. That made me lose my last brain cell to actually ask me a Chinese American kid to fill that out like I haven’t been staring at these letter for the past 10 years.

I hate this so much, it a Chinese scam! Better luck using Duolingo

The teacher showed many slides of xinjiang with mountains and a lot of good stuff and the main character and his family were moving there on the story. Then the main character asked his family “xinjiang zen me yang” meaning how is xinjiang. The answer the teacher gave to my sister was positive.

LingoAceConnect is a student’s worst nightmare. not only does it lag at incredibly slow speeds, there is always an issue with connecting to the classroom regarding the teacher not being able to hear me or see me. the teachers are impatient & always automatically assume there is some technical issue wrong on my end, because go forbid there own app could ever have any issue!

I wanted to give my child a try Chinese lesson, but the introducer named Anny told me before I started. She said 50min $30 USD. So expensive Omg. Then I told her forgot about that. I don’t want to try it then. No more

更新到3.11版后发现原来作业照片上传后，不再支持旋转，也不再支持手动重选区域，算法自动识别的区域经常出错，且不允许手动干预，使用体验变差了，请开发团队尽快修复

功能挺全，上传作业什么的做得也不错，能自动裁切上传的作业照片。只是首页广告太多，干扰视线，最重要的上课提示功能需要滚屏才能看到，觉得太过营销了，这公司这卖课包模式，长期堪

I can’t say enough how pleased I am with LingoAce. This is the 4th time I tried for my now 12yo learning Chinese. I’ve always believed 1-on-1 teaching in foreign language, but not seem financial feasible to do it on a regular basis. Thanks to the virtual school last year, I started to explore and discovered this online education option. My son has been doing LingoAce twice a week for the last 8 months, I think he now can read and write more Chinese characters than all the 7 years he learned combined. Now he can read page long articles, questions and instructions in Chinese mostly by himself. The course material is well designed. Best of all, the teacher is fantastic, genuinely interested in my child and Chinese culture. By the end of each class, the teacher also made time to chat with me for 3-5 mins to highlight what learned and things to practice with my son. The homework is quite manageable, each time my son can finish it within 30min. This is a great program, Id highly recommend this to any parents who care about great learning experience and wants to see results for their kids.

Love LingoAceConnect. Love China. Love beautiful XINJiANG. Very helpful. It’s not very cheap, because they really teach kids very well. Highly recommended!

First, the complain of being expensive does not mean their service is bad. A one on one piano lesson is much higher than this. In any event, I have 2 daughters taking Mandarin Chinese from Lingo Ace since Sept 2020 due to the pandemic. They had no prior experience nor get exposed to Mandarin at home. Lingo ACE focuses on teaching them PinYin, speaking and listening. PinYin was also how I started learning Mandarin when I attended elementary school in China. You get to chose the teacher you like. 55 minutes of one on one lesson. TBh, my daughters’ listening and speaking abilities have improve drastically and can understand simple sentences when watching Chinese drama. If your kids are more advanced, Lingo Ace have other lessons for these learners. So I cannot speak for those programs for advanced learners. But for someone who had no prior exposure to the language, this is a convenient and fun way to learn a language. BTW, the company started in Singapore while teachers are from China mainland.

LingoAceConnect gave my child 55min and my child learned Chinese very quickly. It took my child a month to learn all of the Chinese word. Download LingoAceConnect!!!!!

LingoAceConnect is really good. Especially my teacher, she is nice and patient. Even tho the classes are very expensive, I still give this 4-5 stars.

My daughter has been learning Chinese for a year now and this really helps! The teachers are awesome, give plenty of detail for the kids to understand and adds fun activities for the kids. My kid is very engaged in the learning LingoAce teaches! Now, we can all communicate as a family without any misunderstandings!

We stopped going to local Chinese school since pandemic, I signed up for this class for my older boy first ,he can follow the teacher’s instruction and complete every class, later I signed up for his little brother too. they learn a lot more Chinese with his online class than those local Chinese class, theyHave been studying LingoAce for more than a year now, I plan to keep them on this class until at least they are in middle school. now they are six and eight years old, that tells you how good this class is. And the schedules are flexible, you can book a class at a time you want and cancel it you have other plans. Highly recommended!
