I had a terrible experience with this app. I had paid for a subscription the very first day, and when I tried to log in with another iPad, with my account, it said that my free trial had ended and prompted me to sign up for another subscription. What? This app has a lot of potential but this log in thing and error that won’t let me sync into my account is just a turn off. I’m going to have to unsubscribe and delete all the data of this app from all my devices because this log in prompting me to sign up for the subscription even though I did on one device and won’t work on another device is just driving me crazy. I will be looking for another kid friendly app.

What I don’t like about this app is that you have to pay monthly for it when I was trying to sign up for the free 14 day trial it wouldn’t let me continue because I did not leave a credit card on this iTunes account it is my sons and he is very smart and knows every password so now I do not know if it went through will I be charged for 399 even though I did not even enter into the full app

I love this app and love how i can mange what my child watch , but unfortunately I hate the ( Popular Section ) , if i had to choose what he watch and in this section every thing is appears, what the point if i choose and then something else is appears ? not making sense to me.
also about the subscription, you have many choices, i tried the premium and it is not different about the other one , also i tried the three months offer and it was actually for one month only , please be clear in this.
I hope to solve the popular section or make it only for what i choose not for everything
