I’d give it minus stars if I could. Love the desktop version but ApptivoAllInOne ??? It’s awful. Need to uninstall and reinstall it constantly. When it works it’s great. I have an iPhone 12 Pro

Where to start... Even when you are on the latest version ApptivoAllInOne tells you that you are using an old version. The iOS keyboard just disappears if you are using Lastpass to store passwords. Standard calendar practice used on any other app is thrown out the window; if you move a two hour long event from one day to the next beware because Apptivo changes it to a one hour event. If you create an event in the future when done you are taken back to the current day so if you want to double check it you have to scroll forward to the day you were on. If you click on a date in the future to create an event Apptivo will create the event on the current day, not the one you clicked on. That's just some of the fun, I could go on but we are leaving this hot mess of an app that looks like it was coded by folks who miss the look of Windows 95.

When editing a customer the drop down selection isn’t always there and it glitches out and scrolls when filling in fields. I have to use this for work in the field and it’s awful. Didn’t have this issue with the android app...

Project management continues to be an afterthought unfortunately. Projects don’t appear in ApptivoAllInOne ...which is what we use more than anything else in Apptivo. What a bummer for us! 2 stars for putting everything else in 1 app.
The functionality and usability is good the login and sync credentials with Office 365 has regularly issues. ApptivoAllInOne times out throughout the day and with login issues is very frustrating to re-login.

First, this all-in-one app is a huge improvement. Makes working on the road so much easier. I sat in a restaurant working on my lead list, texting leads and noting it in Apptivo. Super easy.
I like that I can use my iPhone camera to take pictures to attach to my clients in Apptivo. Another convenient feature.
I’m just starting to really use Apptivo on my mobile while on the road working. I think it’s going to be a huge help this year, not having to wait till I get home and on the computer.
No other CRM for small businesses is this customizable. I’ve tried several of them but Apptivo does it the best. There is a learning curve and I’ve gone down the wrong path customizing a few times, resulting in deleting and starting over, but once the fields are organized and set up correctly it’s wonderful
I don like how the “leads” app doesn’t sync with GSuite. I don’t use the leads app as a result. I need to see my leads show up in caller ID, but since they don’t sync with GSuite they appear as unknown numbers.

This won’t replace using Apptivo on your desktop, but I don’t need it to. It handles the basics like calendar, tasks, contacts, accounts

I have been using Apptivo All-In-One CRM now for about a year for my small business and it is a game changer. I have worked with several other CRM apps (Salesforce, Top of Mind, Insightly, Hubspot, Zoho, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Basecamp, etc) but none come close to Apptivo which is a complete business management system. I am able to run my multi-channel business (real estate, residential lending, property management and consulting) with just one CRM system. I am able to set up customer portals, send and track invoices, setup marketing campaigns, capture leads from my external social media platforms, manage customer testimoniala, and manage promotions, amongst other features at a monthly subscription of $10. Salesforce, which is a really bulky system costs about 7x that price. Zoho was a contender but it's $30 per user per application price was too costly and most of all customization on Salesforce, Zoho and the other apps were daunting.
Here is where Apptivo outshines the rest. Not only is the pricing the best on the market. You are able to customize each of the applications that comes in the All-In-One bundle... AND IT IS SIMPLE. Even then, the developers creates very simple visual instructions for every feature of the programs, there is a YouTube channel with videos and the customer service team is AMAZING. They diligently and quickly resolve any issues, walk you through the customization steps and send you the links to the respective guides for future reference. The development team also have a service where they can customize Apptivo for your business. The development team are also responsive to customer feedback and feature requests. They have already implemented a few feature requests from my office.
My team extends beyond the United States borders and yet we are able to communicate seamlessly through Apptivo. Most recently, I established phone numbers through ApptivoAllInOne via Vonage to manage my teams sales calls and closing out my expensive RingCentral account. Now my sales calls and looked directly into my CRM database.
We use Slack for quick communications and shack integrates with the Apptivo app. We Use Google Suite for our email and that also integrates with Apptivo. PieSync and Zapier integrations allow us to further explore integrations with Apptivo.
The Apptivo Phone app is great though it appears the features are more pronounced on Android devices than Iphone (I have the Samsung Galaxy 7 and Iphones 7S and 10).
All in all, this is a robust, full service system at an affordable subscription price. Try it out and see. You will not regret it.
