This app made it easy to see our daughter three times on the course knowing we would not fret about maybe missing her. Made the morning even more enjoyable! Thanks
I used this App to follow two runners for the TC Marathon. Great to see the splits frequently and be able to follow them on the map with live updates. I have used this app for other races and always been happy with it.
App won’t even open properly
Couldn’t figure out how to get the app to show my upcoming race instead of the one from over a year ago, so I tried deleting my account and the app to start over. Well, now I have an app that won’t load—all it shows is an eternal loading circle on a black screen. No amount of deleting, reinstalling, and rebooting my phone has made a difference. Oh well.
Useful, but why do family members need to login to track me
In terms of providing me, the runner, with useful info, it does well. Sadly, it requires family members login to track me. They receive enough spam already without providing their info to yet another company - and since their not runners, they don’t want to receive info from TCM Events or MyLaps.
No complimentary photos without Facebook
Overall I liked the app but I was very disappointed to find that I could not access the “complimentary photos” without “liking” the app on Facebook. I have never had, and WILL never have, a Facebook account. How about giving people access to the photos without shoving Facebook down our throats? Shawn
I ave used this for many of my races. Works fantastic. Especially appreciate weather warnings and timely race changes. My family used it to live track me on the course and love it!
App was really easy to use and family and friends could easily track
I thought this was a great app. Well organized. Easy to find runners and track them. My main issue is the app is completely wrong on some of my runners. It shows that many of my runners only ran 24 miles. It shows several runners I tracked as never finishing even though the web site indicates these runners completed the race.
Great way to track! User friendly
Easy to use
Tracked our marathoner from start to finish
It messed up a lot
I was tracking my husband. At mile 16, it showed as 20 for awhile, then jumped back to 16. Finally it died at mile 21 for me and at mile 18 for another supporter. Totally there were 4 of us used it to track him, but this app all died at certain point, we all lost him. I’ve used app to track at other marathons, this is the wotst.
This app has less information than the website, organized less intuitively, with much slower load times. I don’t understand why this app exists. As a runner, if I have to log I , I expect the app to be personalized for me (count down to my race, not the weekend, race times relevant to me, instant results etc).
Great during the event. Pretty useless afterwards.
Mile by mile tracking during the event and the predicted finish time was great. After the event was over, it’s like it never happened. Results not available after the event.
I was pretty frustrated with the apps ability to more accurately track the runners’ progress. I missed 3 of the 5 runners I was following because the app told me they were somewhere or at a time that was incorrect. I would have been better off without using it.
Was tracking a couple marathon runners and it now won’t give me any data. I had to also request a new password and there is no way for me to change it from the temporary one.
