Love the new update. Only thing I miss from the old version (and couldn’t seem to find from the new update) was the ability to download the fixtures to your calendar on your device. Other than that, the update looks great and is way more accessible to use.

When playing spot the ball on an iPhone, you can’t see all of the balls so, accuracy in answering is a struggle. Otherwise, loving the new set up!! Thank you!!!

Functionally ManchesterCityOfficialApp is not good. Right now I can’t even log in (like I can’t even get to the place where you put in your credentials).

On a different note: why do they show the scores everywhere for recent games? If I’m paying for ManchesterCityOfficialApp, so that I can watch all their games, why would I want to see the scores everywhere. Poor execution all around.

Login never works on mobile device. I once got it to work, and it asked me a second time to login in order to use CityTV. This denied me multiple times and asked me to change my password. Note that I am a paying customer for this service, yet I cannot use on a mobile device. Ridiculous. I guess I’ll have to carry about my laptop if I want to watch clips or old matches...

Can we please be able to listen to the matches with the screen off? Am i missing something?

Downloaded and subscribed to be able to watch the Yokohama preseason friendly and the game would not stream. Tried troubleshooting and still received the same message “An error occurred”. Very disappointed as this was the main draw to ManchesterCityOfficialApp . I will be unsubscribing.

The City+ content is great but I’m limited to just watching it on my phone. ManchesterCityOfficialApp does not exist for my TV and there is no AirPlay support for the videos.

It’s great for following the fixtures and news. Only thing that bothers me is that it stops my music every time I open ManchesterCityOfficialApp .

I love how they tell u about the game and u get the commentary but u wish u could also see it live

Incredibly shallow reporting on the teams and the coverage of the women’s team borders on insulting. Instead of duplicating men’s coverage they report that the women “like harry potter” and “seek more silverware”. Don’t bother except for City TV.

Two weeks ago I was scrolling my Millwall Lions app and realized City didn’t have one. Look at y’all now :)

Very user friendly with exciting polls and quizzes

There is no way to toggle OFF the scores on the current match replays. We watch because we don’t know what is going to happen. Respect the fan. Give us an option.

This is the best way to get closer to the team

I’ve tried signing up, I’ve tried logging in, nothing has worked. Until it’s fixed I’m just gonna keep this a 1 star

ManchesterCityOfficialApp is awesome! I use ManchesterCityOfficialApp daily at least three times a day. I’m a Citizen and have been your 15 months ManchesterCityOfficialApp is the way I use my Citizens account and buy City merchandise.

Nothings ever perfect however, really enjoy ManchesterCityOfficialApp and what it offers for the true blue fans of Man City.
