App won’t even open properly

Couldn’t figure out how to get the app to show my upcoming race instead of the one from over a year ago, so I tried deleting my account and the app to start over. Well, now I have an app that won’t load—all it shows is an eternal loading circle on a black screen. No amount of deleting, reinstalling, and rebooting my phone has made a difference. Oh well.

Inaccurate

I thought this was a great app. Well organized. Easy to find runners and track them. My main issue is the app is completely wrong on some of my runners. It shows that many of my runners only ran 24 miles. It shows several runners I tracked as never finishing even though the web site indicates these runners completed the race.

Useless

This app has less information than the website, organized less intuitively, with much slower load times. I don’t understand why this app exists. As a runner, if I have to log I , I expect the app to be personalized for me (count down to my race, not the weekend, race times relevant to me, instant results etc).
