I have already talked to the exclusive service and I already complained and its been already a week and still they did not solve the problem yet. They took $15 from my bank account which I did not even make. I try to ask and report them until now they are not helping and the customer service is really bad. They took the money from my account which I did not even make the transaction, this can also be consider as fraud too stealing others money. I told them to solve it as soon as possible but they do not even care. LivU should improve their customer service and refund my money back or I am reporting fraud.

Be careful with buying coins because it will just disappear. Just for touching screen , there is no policy on how to spend, try it, you’ll see what I am talking about, and if you don’t buy coins, they will match only with same sex

This program is considered a fraud program that the program uses women as they pay them based on online video contact with men and as we know that some of the men they have sexual desires so women are forced to take this sexual show in order to get the completion of their targeted payment goals as the company who operate LivU will pay perhaps 40 dollars to these women. On the other side men will finish there balance of coins very quickly as each minute will cost 120coins. I personally advise anyone not to use it because it is a waste of time and money.

The chats look prerecorded, they coins don’t last more than a few seconds per call match that’s if you picked to talk to the opposite sex, but if you pick both they give you the same sex people and they won’t be in your country or location. LivU isn’t worth your time, Don’t download and do not definitely spend your money on it. And before I forget you’d start getting random phone calls saying you won a trip to somewhere then a dude with an Indian accent would start asking for informations.

I tried buying some coins, it didn't give me anything. I tried to contact the facebook page, no reply. Good app if you want to spend $25+ on literally NOTHING. You pretty much have to but the coins in order to talk to females. Most men here when you try matching with “both” all are the same.

IF YOU A MALE LOOKING FOR A FEMALE AND KNOW ENGLISH, PLEASE READ THE HONEST REVIEW THAT GIVE 1 STAR. Try it out, but app is a scam for guys that’s looking for an opposite sex. You have to buy some coins to even see females which some don’t even last 2 seconds then you’re out of coins in minutes depending on how much money you spent. It’s free to select both gender, but you’ll only get to see males every time you login without buying coins. People that gave LivU a 4 to 5 stars are probably females, gay males, rich males, and/or people just being nice.

Thank you for your sincere copy paste everyone who posts a bad review. LivU is pathetic just like the pathetic developers who copy paste the same crap to every concerned customer. It’s obviously a group of low self esteem little kids who think they can outsmart people. Whoever reads this i am starting a law suit we will be bringing down these kids in no time and refund everyone who ever spent a dime on this dangerous app. Don’t forget to copy paste your pathetic reply to me losers.

Just to let you know everyone LivU is a scam!! Do not get LivU do not pay LivU !! So you get a couple free coins to FaceTime people then you run out then you have to pay for the coins the money goes to the female that you FaceTime because one of the girls a FaceTime spill the beans so do not get LivU do not waste your money and please do not get LivU this is a big scam LivU actually needs to be banned from LivU Store to be honest

LivU is a scam. Please, please don’t fall for it, all women or girls you’ll see on here are the employees for LivU , their job is to make sure you run out of Coins keeping you on phone, asking you to give them gifs and so on. Then once they realize you have an interest in one of their girls(women) they start cutting your coins shot so you can keep on buying more and more and more.
I just spent $200 in 2 days for nothing. Please don’t trust LivU, I don’t want you to end up like me, It got so bad that I ended up spending lots of money on it thinking it was legit, just to realize later that it’s a scam.

Is expensive, but that is no my problem. The real problem is the when you pay to get only the opposite sex they march with prerecorded video. I live in the us This night i was connected at 3am and people in where in plain daylight and you can see i s prerecorded video. This guys are scammers

LivU is dumb. You have to pay in order to enjoy any of it. Watching videos would give you some coins but even that disappears from your account. If you don’t have coins and try meeting new people and select to see both genders, you will only see male. It’s ridiculous. I would try using a different video chatting before getting, save some memory space on your phone.

The central idea of LivU is good, I thought I would be able to make some online friends. I was incorrect

LivU matches people from all over the world stupidly quickly, even faster than omegle, but when I tried talking to these people, they wouldn't respond...

The "live chats" look pre recorded, like if they were took from the internet, and you have to pay coins to match up with female gender only...

Coin packages are too expensive and go quite fast... Basically it’s a bunch of foreign woman scamming you out of your money by asking for gifts, which cost quite a bit of money and in return they will show you their boobs.... This premise is the bread and butter of this company’s profit. It’s a joke.

LivU would be good if I had a subscription like a monthly fee instead of coins they cost way too much to talk to people and the conversations never last long. There are way better apps that are way cheaper to meet people I don’t want to spend $100 to meet somebody and that will be when I can go on a tinder and do the same thing for free

This is app is not good and it’s stupid app, it keeps eating all your money once you recharge, it also eat all your coins after recharge without your usage. There is no proper customer service and no one will respond to your questions and it’s difficult to recover you money and coins.

can’t even get past sign up. made my nickname “brandon” and it says it contains forbidden characters. tried multiple times with a last name as well. i’ll change the review when i’m able to use LivU but this is a pretty serious issue.
