I am an iPhone X user. The app crashes all the time. I uninstalled and re-installed the app to no avail. I am a new member as well and can not access my card, as it instantly crashes. Not to mention crashing elsewhere. Also the search provider function isn’t working well on the app or the website. I could not find a specific provider either place, and finally had to call PHCS to confirm that the provider is in-network. I also searched under a radiology facility with no names and it returned nothing in my town, when in fact the above mentioned provider was one. Hoping that this app improves, as it appears the design is simple and user friendly.
Update in response to provider’s reply:
I emailed PHCS regarding the provider. I have updated the app, and it crashed right when I tried to pull up the card. The second time I launched it, it immediately crashed on my iPhone X.

I’m a Medi-Share member and I support them. However, making an app that does not even work is terrible. It does not show a lot of care for the customer. Open the app, choose “telehealth”, choose “mental health counselor”, and then choose “call to schedule” and BOOM, crashes the app. This feature does not work after six times of trying it. Now, if I truly needed a mental health councilor, I sure wouldn’t be able to get the help I needed with this app.
Next feature... the feature most customers would use also does not work. Choose “telehealth”, choose “primary care physician”, pick the family member you need to start up a telehealth session for, choose “profile information”, and BOOM, app crashes. Geezzzz.

I cannot even begin to describe the level of frustration this company/ministry has continually caused our family. From multiple bills being sent to collections for failure to process which risked ruining our credit to total negligence and lack of responsibility from anyone on their support team (even managers & supervisors). You know you have a problem when collections is more helpful to work with you on medical bills than a ministry. And when you tell collections you work with Medishare, their response is “Oh, that company. Yeah we know all about them…” Do the yourself a favor and get real health insurance.
