When I click on view/manage my tickets in the buckeye app then click Sign In to Ohio State Buckeyes it says "For the most secure login experience please install and update the Chrome browser app". I have the latest version of chrome and uninstalled and resinstalled the app from Google play. Didn't help. I have tickets for tonights basketball game that I cannot access. Please help asap. thanks.
