Sir I had 70256 ETN In my Electronium wallet.Now iam trying to withdraw to exchange, but wallet ask me KYC.But I have applied 3 days before KYC.Till this time on processing.I request you please complete my KYC as early as possible. Thank you sir Lakshmi Narayan
I bought electroneum and deposited tokens in the electroneum wallet in June. Shortly after my purchase, my wallet was shut down for KYC requirements. It took days to satisfy KYC but my wallet was restored. In August my wallet was again shut down for Proof of Funds. I complied with documentation and although it was accepted MY WALLET NEVER WAS RESTORED! Now it says I need to reset my password but the link never arrives in my mail box. I have not had control of my funds for most of the time that has passed since I bought tokens. I don't think I will ever get my money back.
I created Electroneum account to be able to move my ETN's from Paper Wallet. During account set up process my address data was not marked by the system as a required info, so I left it blank and account was openned and I transfered my ETN coins into it. Then when I wanted to move ETN tokens out, system asked me to proceed with KYC asking for the proof of my address. I sent the document confirming my address but it was not aproved as not matching data provided during account setup process (no address provided). So I went through support to add the address to account data but it is terrible process. Complete lack of communication, no replies from support's zen desk despite my few more attempts and account is blocked for more then a mont now, with my founds frozen on it. Be aware of my case!
Help someone have broken in and been in the safe and emptied my offline wallet. I have sent to the police that there is nothing left except 95.1 which was downloaded out of 3500000 pcs. The person has been arrested and has confessed, but the police need help to track down. I still have copies of paperwallet help
Doesn’t work with 1Password

I’ve been trying to log in using the latest version and every time I use my password manager to fill in my login I get an error message saying “please type in username/password”.
The only explanation I have is that the app is actively resisting the use of a password manager, and literally asking me to type it in by hand. My (automatically generated) password is 20 characters long and contains upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation. Typing this in on a mobile keyboard would take a good 5 minutes. Do I really need to explain how retarded that is?

This app is a complete piece of junk. Nothing but KYC. I’m surprised an anal probe and dna from blood samples wasnt required for activation and mining. You don’t need to know my name and you don’t need selfie pictures of me. You also don’t need my email address and you certainly don’t need my cell phone number. All of this should have been spelled in plain site before wasting my time on this app. No anonymity with this product. None. They will get hacked and then everyone will have access to the KYC info they take from you.
App Is Not Working Since Update

Since your last update a few weeks ago I can NOT use this app on my Iphone XS Max! I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times and all it does it spin round & round. I’ve never had an issue with this app before now. It’s probably Apple that is the issue, but all my other apps are working great. Can you please look into this? Someone posted on Twitter they were having the same issue. I would really like to be able to use my app again! Thanks!
