I’m rating QANDA 1 out of five stars for these reasons:

1) After getting an answer from a teacher by the name of SEENA215, she told me that if I gave her 3000 coins (or any amount) it would NOT subtract from MY coins. I did so and now i am left with a shortage of coins because I’ve been scammed by a greedy teacher ! How low? I’m a new user and asked her plenty of times if she was sure that it wouldn’t subtract from mine. She kindly reassured me and then boom: my coins were gone. You’re there to help students not manipulate them of coins.

2) after this situation in which I was clearly manipulated, I have NO way to express this matter to this app or even report that teacher for lying to me over some stupid coins. There’s no way to report her after I evaluate. The only way to tell whether the coins subtracted from my account is AFTER I evaluate. She knew what she was doing and now I have to delete QANDA because of the poor service from this teacher and the nonexistent communication system from QANDA .

3) some teachers’ handwriting is AWFUL and cannot be reported after evaluating. Sure I could have reported before evaluating but what if a student makes a mistake and would like to go back? No option there. Complete trash.

The teachers answers so slow

I bought 6000 coins and got scammed by the teachers. For the two questions I submitted both of the teachers couldn’t answer it and took my coins. Which left me with no coins and a waste of money.

Would not recommend they just want your coins and report all questions that seem hard. They are really dumb people who are answering your question providing wrong answers. They are a SCAM BEWARE!

All of my question get sent back to me and a half cocked excuse to help. When they do get answered their wrong. However, good luck trying to get a decent message back from app’s support.

The whole time I’ve had QANDA not one person has answered my question. They return my question when I clearly make sure that they understand what I am asking. All I want is help and they don’t do sh*t.

there should be a way to get coins instead of paying after we use up all our new ones so we can get more answers efficiently, the answers are accurate though so far from the 2 tutors who’ve answered

QANDA literally help me pass geometry with the pandemic and everything going on. It not only helps you find answers kind of like photomath but with QANDA you can ask a real certified teacher how to do the work and they show you!!!

몇 달 전에 앱 내 구매를 하였는데 그 이후부터 계속 몇 달 째 로딩 중 만 뜨네요. 앱 삭제 후 재 다운로드도 정말 많이 했는데 개선이 안되네요.

Chỉ cho có vài xu rồi bắt mình phải nạp tiền để có xu hỏi gia sư.Học sinh sao mà có tiền . Gia sư trả lời quá chậm hơn 2 ngày mới có kết quả mà mình đã bỏ thêm xu để chọn trả lời nhanh
