Hello my app keeps, saying Session expired. please log in again to continue accessing our services, Everytime I click ok it just spins and then goes back to that same message. i have troubleshooted cleared cache,s cleared datat, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, made sure all the settings are correct, and it still says the same thing. It wont allow me to get in.

I just paid a loan and I’ve been trying to request a loan because I need money and it’s giving me an error message saying my account is blocked. I’ve been trying all day to request a loan I emailed them hopefully this issue gets fixed.

I have an Android phone and had Solo funds downloaded and it was working until 3 days ago. It disappeared from my apps and now when I go and look it up on Google play is says "something is wrong." I have a loan with them, so how am I supposed to pay it now???? They have a website, but it doesn't allow you to login and access your account. I've reached out to them and they just keep messaging me back asking if I was able to download it on Google play and I answer for the fourth time that NO I can't and they need to do something about it. I would rate them as "0!" They're customer support is awful and will not help! I would NOT recommend Solo to anyone!

I have been trying to pay my loan and it doesn’t work. Now my loan is overdue and nobody had tried to fix the problem. For a week now all it says is pending funding. Terrible Customer Service.
