The latest update is awful. The application has always been slow, but now it takes me at least 3-5 minutes to login. I have to re-login and re-setup notifications every time I try to open RiseOffice . Then once I finally get through all of the setup features, the application scrolls/tries to open for another few minutes. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall, but that hasn’t helped. RiseOffice. is substandard and frustrating to use.
Since latest update, was logged off and can no longer sign into RiseOffice . Have reset the password and still no good. Can log in my account via a browser, however.
Hope this gets fixed soon.
