Works fine once you’re in. But where is there no “remember me” option? This is the only app I have that won’t allow my phone to populate the user name and password or use Face ID. So typing them both in manually makes this daily task take twice as long.

My hospital was forcing a questionnaire when I came to work that took 30 seconds to answer and didn’t require having to open an app, log in, and would time out while I took my temperature and make me log in again. Spotlight on my phone should be that easy. It should not require me to remember which version of my email is the right one, should not require two taps for each question, and should not require extra logins it my thermometer takes longer than my phone shutoff timer.

I am content and confident knowing that someone is tracking my health conditions everyday. In spite of the outbreak of the Pandemics myself and my family were all very healthy and continue to enjoy the healthy life everyday. Emocha staff, thank you so much for the Great job. My employer requires us to use Spotlight and it is very poorly made. It only works occasionally and often requires a restart of my device for it to register my information. No alerts are sent to my phone even though I authorized them. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not solve the problems. While it is not my choice to use Spotlight for the health check ins, I would not recommend it to another entity who is looking for a similar app.

1) When I save my “Personal Goal” it’s gone when I log back in.

2) SMS notification reminders to check in stopped working for me months ago, they were helpful. Push notifications never worked.

3) add an email option you can also send your badge to for the day so for example, a manager who doesn’t have access to the administration side of emocha can be notified also that you badged in before coming on-site.

This is an okay app. However, the camera is facing only one side, you can not flip or reverse the camera. This makes it very difficult to tape for example pills that you place in your hand or on a pill holder.

Unfortunately my job requires us to use this in order to get through the front gate. It’s annoying how it doesn’t let you stay signed in. So I have to open Spotlight while I’m driving. It is really annoying with how I have to upload my vaccine card. I don’t have my email attached to Spotlight , now it’s not letting me update my email. Thus not letting me upload my vaccine.

Great app! Not sure why 14.5 isn’t supported though. Keeps crashing, did a full reinstall cm and reboot.

Also, any future plans to scale Spotlight for 11 pro max? :-)

I use Spotlight for work.

I have been trying to change my password for weeks now. I have submitted several requests. I can not figure out what my password is now. I have tried calling them will no success. I can’t get anyone to answer.

Smooth app that is helping tons of people with contact tracing and disease monitoring amidst the pandemic. Highly recommend to any healthcare facility, school, or employer that would like to return to work safely.

I was required to download this for work. However, it is very unclear if Spotlight is video recording you while you’re using it. Super creepy and a little big brother. Developers should make it clear that the session is being recorded. Hopefully the next update will fix that.

Spotlight definitely helps with maintaining medication adherence as well as self monitoring. The technology is current and worth having. Especially, while dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Way to go emocha!

Love Spotlight! Easy enough for my kids to use! Helps us stay on track with our health!

Spotlight is horrible. I was able to log in for the first two days. I have not been able to log in since. It continues to say my log in is invalid. I’ve tried resetting my password and user name. However, a link is never emailed to me.

I am unable to open Spotlight on iOS 14.5 beta. You would think after a few months, their programmers would fix the sibling sign on and multiple badge display as well. Disappointing to say the least.

I cannot input my temperature so then I keep getting flagged for it. Even deleted and re-downloaded Spotlight , no current updates. Please fix.

Using iOS 14.4.2
The screen freezes when you have to enter the temperature. Frustrating and you have to restart the all. Please fix. Overall great app. When it’s fixed I will move it to 5 star

I get the purpose of it, but having to send video submissions to your boss when you’ve been throwing up all morning are NOT IT

Our district has made it mandatory to use Spotlight. It does not work when I download it on my phone and it gathers personal data. Spotlight is mandatory to pass with a green mark in order to work onsite yet it does not work ona smartphone

All it needs to do is record a video. Even a high school student should be able write a better one thats more stable.
