Hello LYKA! Can I ask for help if my friend locks his account? He is kind enough to give gems to lyka users. How to fix LYKA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LYKA app on iPhone
Update LYKA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LYKA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LYKA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LYKA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LYKA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LYKA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LYKA App
1. On android, goto Settings » LYKA » click [Force Stop]

Update LYKA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LYKA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LYKA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LYKA.

Fix LYKA unable to contact server/ LYKA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LYKA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LYKA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LYKA
