How to fix InReport app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InReport app on iPhone
Update InReport app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InReport iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InReport on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InReport network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InReport Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InReport not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InReport App
1. On android, goto Settings » InReport » click [Force Stop]

Update InReport to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InReport App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InReport » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InReport.

Fix InReport unable to contact server/ InReport internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InReport » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InReport » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InReport
