I have cancelled the subscription for fax zap but still charged, someone help on getting the refund please.
Never use this app! Be warned! It does not work well at all. there’s a bunch of inefficient ways of charging you to fax and absolutely no where to cancel subscription! they keep charging and offer no place to cancel. i’ll have to cancel my card and get a new one a huge pain! this app is a giant scam.
I’m very disappointed at this company for charging me $99 for a subscription I didn’t choose and the free trial was not completed before they stole my money from my account. Why would I pay $99 to fax when I can go to Office Depot to fax. I would not recommend this service to anyone….. a bunch of crooks
This app doesn’t work and after 3-days of waiting for confirmation of a fax I sent I was charged for an annual subscription. This is bogus, I should have received and email first on the free 3-days then a link to cancel. No communication with this communication and a bogus link in an email cancel AFTER I was charged.
Meant to cancel but was charged today!
I downloaded app for free trial to use at doctors office. The fax was not legible and have never used again. I never intended to use again or subscribe but just discovered I was charged $99.99 for annual subscription. I have been unable to figure out how to contact anyone. Worst customer service ever!!!!
I subscribed by accident and can not afford $99.99. Can I please get a refund and cancel my subscription?

This is Not a free fax app. It offers a free trial period of 3 days and then an annual subscription of $99. I rarely need to send a fax but couldn’t find an app to send faxes without a subscription. I thought I’d try the free trial so I purchased it. You should get 3 days to try it before getting billed. It immediately charged my credit card as I get notified when a purchase is mad. I canceled my subscription within minutes of starting my free trial. I only sent 1 fax and it was not readable by the recipient so I had to drive somewhere that had a fax machine to use anyway. I only need to fax once or twice a year so if I could find a fax app that would just charge by the fax, that would be what I need.

If your having trouble canceling follow step by step:
-Click docs in bottom right corner
-Click scan & fax at top center of page
-Click on settings (looks like a gear)
-Click “cancel number subscription” A box is going to pop up
-Click take me there
-It will then take you to your active subscriptions on your iPhone go to “ZAP FAX” click on it
-It’ll then take you to “edit subscription”
- At the very bottom of the page click the bar that says CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
-Confirm cancellation

My fax DID go through and the person DID receive it. The app itself was actually easy to use.
I was going to keep this app but they purposely make it hard to cancel to keep your money. Instead of going through this ridiculous process to cancel they should make it easier. I guess if they make it impossible they can just keep taking peoples money.

Today is December 17, 2020 I have this app already downloaded and paid for on my Apple ID which translates over to my iPhone 12 pro I was charged three times in one day 999 I’m looking at the charges right now I don’t understand what’s going on but I knew that I need to have credit for three years to my understanding you guys have charged me three times in the last two weeks 999 this is supposed to be a year subscription and if it supposed to be 999 a month then you have charge me three months either way I need resolution someone please contact me again it is December 17, 2020 and the time is now Eastern standard 12:57 PM
