fraud, takes money

I really liked this app so i bought the 37$ version in the app, it didnt work at all but my money was gone. i was given a number, when i tried calling it, it was in Chinese and i dont speak that language so it didnt help with anything. i even wrote an email and been trying to contact them ever since august 2020 and i wrote a previous preview and it got deleted. i want my money back.

English options removed :(

We loved this game; it was our math-loving son's favorite math learning app. There have been a lot of changes to it over the years, including a cap on levels that allowed players to play only five per day at most. But the latest update has completely removed all English language from the game, and that makes it unplayable for us. We are sad to see it go, and will be uninstalling it.

L1 foundation is broken

L1从大到小排序有问题 “From big to small” level is broken. It just doesn’t work at all. I’ve opened it on my iPhone and iPad. It’s just this level so far. But my son really enjoys this app and it doesn’t work. I’ve contacted the customer 4 times already. No response. The customer service is useless.
