Bad service, delivery is worth , no one answer or call u back if u need something or check about your order , very poor application

I have ordered a couch and I paid 150 for the delivery !!! and yet they haven’t delivered it on time ,The cost for the delivery was supposed to deliver it fast within 2 to 5 days now I have been told it’s gonna take two weeks I haven’t received it yet

Good offers, but bad shopping experience hard to use HomeBox during offers vague methods to get benefited from the offers and the worst thing is the customer care if any problem is happened they have a Robotic customer care services no matter how many you give a complaint the automated system is activated and finally the reject your purchase and refund
It took them 15 days to tell that they can’t deliver my order and they cancelled it automatically

Worst experience I ever encountered from a retail business! Placed and paid for an order and turns out item is out of stock first. My orders gets cancelled then I do another order for a different item and the items were not delivered despite 3 confirmations from my side on date and time! Then delivery guys ask me to reschedule as they are busy and finally the customer service blame me and cancel my order! Landmark group is seriously aiming to become the worst retail group at all levels.

before i browse, i selected my region. if items aren’t available in the certain district, it should NOT display the items. ALL the items i chose SUDDENLY became unavailable in my area (i saw the items in their showroom so i know there are stocks) during checkout AFTER i removed an out of stock item. what a tactic! if you don’t want to sell at a discounted price, don’t sell false hope! God bless you! this will be the last time i will buy from your store.

It takes a long time to load & after clicking on any image when I go back to the previous page, it takes me to the start of the page again instead of where I left. Also keeps getting stuck many times. And every-time I’m browsing downwards, the options pop up & block half the search page. Very poor design.

HomeBox and the entire store are severely lacking in the basic minimal needs of a successful furniture store. HomeBox does not process information that it requests, the search is weak, and even with the reasonable prices it’s not worth the hassle of terrible service that you get. Information on HomeBox is false, delivery information is false on the invoice, HomeBox doesn’t provide direct in app support, and then their delivery never arrives.

This is the worst update ever u made so far now cant open the notifications can’t view list is before from high to low or low to high searching become hard

I bought some furniture and the quality is bad !! Loss of my money broke on the same day.
And the customer service is very very bad also.
The first and the last time to purchase furniture from home box..

This shop is cheaters, I had very bad experience with purchasing beds and mattress. Beds broken after 3 months and this app doesn’t replace or refund or fix it. They told me because of using it happened! Imagine the reason!!! Very bad quality and worst customer service. They fool customers and not respecting customers. Never ever trust.

Very bad service, i buy a two shoe cabinets and I bay by benifet Bahrain after I bay they told me it canceld because no cabinets available in store and storage , and I wait 14 days until now I didn’t receive my money ,and they keep telling me to wait 😡🤬

App is crashing and slow i wasn’t be able to took a screenshot of it. Customer service of this app is worst! Not syncronize to all contact options they have. No one knows your previous query you have to repeat all over your complaint.

They have items for sale at discounts. But actually those items are not in stock. You order and then they cancel the order. It takes 14 days to get a refund. If you complain they say sorry to many sold so was out of our control sold out. But sadly busted. Go then back to HomeBox and the item still listed for sale. This is so unprofessional and unnecessary. Why would a store want people to write bad reviews like I am doing now. The solution is simple if sold out remove immediately. Second do not cancel and make the customer wait 14 days to get the money back. Instead call them and offer a replacement item. Now that’s caring and good customer service. The way it is done now
is ridiculous and unfair to customers

It’s a great shopping app BUT they don’t have a lot of languages/ countries to choose from and USA isn’t one of them. So I can’t figure out the prices!

Very bad costumer service, you can not talk with them and I cannot re-book another delivery date

I loved it so much and will repeat shopping again
