At one point in the car rental checkout flow, I got to a screen I could not exit. This is the phone number code validation screen. There is no way to exit that screen if the phone number that was entered is not correct and no valid code can be entered. This is retarded. This is a glaring design flaw and whatever garbage designers or product people came up with it should be kicked in the nuts.
