I just downloaded this app and it closes as soon as it starts up. I have an iPhone XS Max, 256 gb storage running iOS 12.2, apple’s latest version. Fix this app or refund the purchase price ASAP. Despite what the developer says or claims, this app was not corrected or fixed as it disappears as soon as the app comes up but stays in the background. When you flick the bottom of the phone screen you can see it but as soon as you lift your finger off the screen it disappears again. What a frustrating piece of crap this app is. If my credit card gets charged for it I will take it up with my card issuer so the charge is removed from account. Should that fail I will file a complaint with the NYS attorney general office as well as the FTC. Yes I am that po’d by this app. This is the first one that I bought where this happened.
It keeps aborting

I bought the Pro because I wanted to record a few “background” sounds that — with my new hearing aids — sound so much louder (coffee maker, a/c, fans, water, etc. I’m returning soon to get so my hearing aids adjusted and thought these recordings would help. But after saving a recording, the program aborted. And aborted. And aborted. Every time I went back in, it just ended. I was finally able to get it to stay open to record once again, but after each recording it would abort again it was a minute or more before it would stay open. I’m not impressed. But I’d like to be.
Data on old phone won’t transfer to new phone

I have been using Decibel x Pro for 4 years to record industrial noise in neighborhoods. Recently purchased a new iPhone 15 to replace iPhone 12. The data from Decibel x Pro will not transfer; just the event names transfer, but no graphs. Have contacted creator of the App 3 times, and no response. Disappointed. Apple care was no help; said it is an unsupported app. Please advise. And be aware. The response I received did NOT solve the problem. Still no sound and no graphs have transferred. I already had the iCloud sync and audio on. Do you have any other suggestions?
