When I open up the app, I get a white screen I tried deleting it from my phone and re-downloading it and I got the same thing. My subscription expires May 2023. So I don’t know what the problem could be, if someone can please assist me that would be great. I really like using Hashtag Expert for my business and making posts on Instagram etc. Thank you kindly, Spiro Greek House Cafe

1. On android, goto Settings » Hashtag Expert » click [Force Stop]

Update Hashtag Expert to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hashtag Expert App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hashtag Expert » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hashtag Expert.

Fix Hashtag Expert unable to contact server/ Hashtag Expert internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hashtag Expert » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hashtag Expert » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hashtag Expert
