When I first downloaded this game I was hooked but quickly lost interest for a few reasons.
1️⃣ The AD’S pop up at the worst time! If the ads pop up after I landed my rocket or before when I first open SpaceFrontier that would be fine But NOO it always pop up after I launch my rocket and then I die losing my people and money !

2️⃣ MAKE MORE PLANTS‼️ I’ve seen several people say this also in the other reviews but apparently the player’s opinion doesn’t matter. Once you get to mars and start getting people to the blue plant that’s it there’s no going to that plant and working on getting to the next unknown plant so the game gets very repetitive.

3️⃣ Add some more content. This game could be seriously amazing but it needs more things to do. Add aliens that are flying around trying to battle us or different people for different jobs like farmers, scientists, military,normal every day citizens so we can build a community on each plant we get to and make it so there’s good aliens and bad ones and they can all be different species and we can build friendships and laws and relations with them.

4️⃣ Maybe make it to where we can steer the rocket ship. Maybe have it where we can control the people so we can build relationships.

It's a fun game, but there are several annoying problems. The first ad that comes up when you load the game takes a while to load. Sometimes it doesn't show up until you start the launch. The screen pops up, the rocket keeps launching, and your rocket blows up before you can close the window. There is also a weird lag issue that pops up sometimes, causing the game to "hiccup". If these hiccups happen at the wrong time, your rocket will blow up even if your timing was early. The last and most annoying issue is the mute button. It doesn't work. It mutes the rocket noises for the most part, but other sounds don't get muted, like the success sound when you land on Mars. This is annoying when trying to listen to music and play the game at the same time. These issues aren't enough to keep from playing the game if I feel like it, but they definitely make it easier to avoid the gane

So I used to play this game a LOT and then after I upgraded my phone I just stopped playing for a long time. Then one day I remembered it and how fun it was so I downloaded again.

The game is still fun. BUT the ads have gotten SO annoying. Now the ads cover the “accomplishment screen” the one that used to make you feel accomplished when you made it to mars without your rocket blowing up. And the ad that covers it lasts for about 30 seconds. By the time it goes back to the game you’ve missed seeing the men land on mars. This takes away the “accomplished” feeling of the game and turns it into an annoyed feeling even though you were successful.

I get it.. if we don’t pay, the ads pay for us. But don’t overlay the ads with the accomplishment screen or you just never get a sense of satisfaction.

Graphics are nice, gameplay is alright, but it gets old quickly. There isn't much substance or motivation to continue playing. Also seems to be an unbalanced merit system here. I found I could progress much faster if I blew up my rocket and just watched a bunch of videos, instead of landing successfully. You barely get rewarded enough to reimburse the cadets used with a successful landing. Also seems to be a language barrier here which can sometimes be funny, but also very odd as well. This could be an extremely awesome game though (In the realm of Angry Birds). It just needs way more substance and a lot of wrinkles ironed out. I hope many of the suggestions given in the reviews are taken under consideration. There's a gem in this dirt somewhere, the developers just need to keep digging.

I’ve spent too many hours playing the game and like aspects of it a lot, but wish there was more stuff to do once you get more people on mars. There could something built around building your mars civilization.

I hate the idea of the coin spin wheel that was added in the last update. It’s not fitting for the game. Instead I’d like to be able to invest in additional mars and Europa structures and new game play.

After your get the 10,000 people on mars it doesn’t seem like you earn any additional money per person on mars. I got to 20,000 people on mars and the math didn’t seem right. I waited an hour and then looked at how much $ I earned when away and then launched 500 people and checked again after an hour and the amount my earned was about the same. If that’s by design it wasn’t apparent to me.

I love this game a lot. I think it’s great but you guys gotta add more customization then just paint schemes. You know like maybe different gadgets to be used for different things or accessories to customize your rocket even more and buy that stuff with in game currency. There also needs to be even more planets. Like a ton so you actually have something bigger to look forward too to keep you interested and not only that, to also get more people to get it and play. I’m sure you guys would like for even more people to get it wouldn’t you? Anyway please take this into consideration and hopefully make this happen. This game is completely capable of more content and believe me most of us are already on Europa and left with nothing else to do so. I mean I already have every skin and I already quite a bit of people on Europa. So let’s go ketchapp. You guys are capable of making this happen. I even bought remove adds in hope of this becoming bigger so let’s go.

This game is amusing and creative, personally I have not played a game quite like it. That being said it lacks content. It's the same thing over and over again, it also incentivizes being cautious. There is no point of aiming for perfect timing because then there is a greater chance of your ship blowing up. I'd rather get people to mars to make me money because it is way more efficient than aim for new rocket heights to get money. Also it costs so much money to bring a lot of people to mars in one flight and there is no reward, I don't think there is even an achievement, it is so risky because if you mess up you lost a lot of money, but there is no reward. Add some point multiplayers or something for hitting perfects and for bringing a lot of people, add another planet so that the game isn't repetitive and boring have us launch middles at aliens attacking our Mar's colonies, anything! Anything to add a little 'meat' to the cool concept of the game. Also great job on the colors! The game looks very very appealing.

SpaceFrontier could be amazing. It really could. It's visually appealing, the gameplay is simple but fun to master, and it's entertaining. The ads don't bother me, and I've played more of Ketchapp's games to see that the ads could be worse. This Mars update proved to me that Ketchapp could make more quality games instead of quantity. I think if they focused on their hit games, and added more content into them, they will have more followers and gain more popularity.

All I wish that this game had was maybe more customization in the rockets, more planets, and more with the colonization. Visually, honestly, I don't think it needs anything more, it's a pretty style. Gameplay, well, it's as simple as a ketchapp game can be so. I'm fine with how it is. It just needs much MUCH more. Thank you if you read this, I'll be looking forward to the next update. 🚀

Fun game has potential.
1) more planets or space stations, add a space station and maybe a potential error for landing failure. Like another skill based thing where you have to line up the lander with a target or else you crash.
2) customizable decorations/stickers for the rocket. Even drawing designs or uploading an image from the camera roll.
3)You could have a percentage based increase in price for unlocking themes.
4)different style rockets correlating with efficiency or launching location.
5) potential for the astronauts to die on the planets like have a different group of 3 or so challenges that need to be minored like air, water, food, population, alien attack, low morale, internal rebellion, people wanting to come back to earth or travel in between.
6) chances to earn money through harvesting things on other planets not just getting money for having astronauts on the planet.
7) maybe add a view where you can look in the cockpit of the spaceship and launch the rocket
8) a better method for determining when to separate the compartments of the rocket. Maybe like a bar with a scale on the side to determine optimal release.

Hope this could give some ideas. Keep up the good work.

This game is fun but so irritating at the same time. There’s not much of a motive to the game. All it is, is build up your rocket till you can fly above and reach mars’ orbit. Then board and land a certain amount of people on the planet that just stay there and rack up coins. There’s no strategy what so ever. And one you’ve reached mars, you then can lift of from mars. Then to fly to Europa, a moon orbiting Jupiter. You then do the same as you did with mars, fly above orbit and land people there. But you don’t get to lift off from Europa, no matter how many people you land there. The game basically is over after this point. All that’s left is upgrading your rocket to fly higher to receive a higher score. This game has massive potential. Some kind of antagonist should be added, aliens or some kind of obstacle in the way of exploration. Maybe different kinds of people, that perform different tasks. In the game, It costs money to board passengers, so maybe make it where the more the passenger costs, the more they make as they work on the planet they are based on. Like I said it’s fun and has potential, but at this point the game is like a demo, a short campaign that leaves you hanging on a limb wanting more...

Ok I love this game got it yesterday and I already have 300 people on mars. Anyway this is a great idea but the people on mars don't do much. Maybe from mars you can level up the settlement there then when you have it max lv. You can launch from mars. From mars you go to the next inhabitable planet. For example smallest amount of people on mars that lets you launch from mars would be 500 people and max lv settlement would be like 10. Then to inhabit the next planet you take people from mars and put them in a rocket ship there. Then if the amount of people gets to low you have to get more people from earth. This would just add more determination to playing the game also it would be cool if you added more skins :)

I gave it 4 stars BC there isn't much to do. But I think this game could be awesome if you could steer your rocket, (maybe using the accelerometer?) and visit other planets by reaching a certain altitude. Also, maybe you could be able to purchase more specific upgrades, like adding specific stages or even boosters, instead of just pressing upgrade. Also, maybe once you reach other planets Sphere Of Influence, you could have the option to land, and then next time you play you can choose to take off from earth, or from that planet or moon. With the right upgrades, this game could be AMAZING!
UPDATE:
This game is so much better now! But one suggestion:
Make mars a realistic size and altitude. Maybe when you get to 3,000, it switches to "map view" and then you can select mars and travel there. This will also help so that you can add more planets, making it easy to select one.

Well, I have a similar review just like the ones before me. I actually LOVE this concept and thought once I landed on the second destination there would be another one. Nope, it just ends there. So you send people to mars in order to send people to the other moon. That’s it! Nothing else to accomplish. Just imagine once you reach Mars, having to build the colony yourself! You should have to send up parts to build the station in order to get to the other moon. Also, adding more destinations would make the game keep attention spans longer. Many more destinations in the far reaches of the galaxy! Other life and missions and building projects! MAN!

This game has so much potential to be a game I would even PAY for. It just lacks a lot because the purpose is over now. Just collecting money to send more and collect money and send more and collect money is just not fun anymore. I really was excited to go back to this game today and now I feel let down. MAN! What I could imagine in this game! Please do something else with this great concept to make it better. Please take all the other great ideas into consideration too!

It's fun as heck but it lacks some things like you put people on mars... that doesn't realistically end there if we're going to mars its for a reason. Here's some tips make a solar system people want more to do than just put a bunch of people on one planet. Second off try making cities on those planets like homes factories etc. then try some other type of currency trust me it will work! 😀 then put in less adds it just gets way too annoying especially if people are trying to get good another way to make money by making a game is adding currency and packs but don't do several types or else there's no point. I hope you took this advice seriously and actually used it thanks 🙏.

I love the design and mechanics of this game, and I play it all the time. It is probably the first Ketchapp game I ever played. You can basically add infinite stages to your rockets. I love the sounds and appearances of the Mars rocket, and how you can earn coins and keep upgrading. But still I would like to see more. First, AR!!! Adding AR would just be super amazing. A rocket on your tabletop. Also, interior view! That would be awesome because you could see all the things inside. Another thing is adding more kinds of astronauts to the game. Like scientists and engineers. Scientists could research, for coins, things like more fuel in each stage. Engineers could, over time, add more stages to your rockets. Also another one is commanders, who could help fly and time stages for you, and there is one last thing: Missions!! Add missions to get extra coins. So, Ketchapp devs, please read this and I hope to see more updates soon!

So I have been playing this game for a looooong time, and I love it!!! But I have some improvement ideas

-maybe you can add colonies for your people to live in, with lots of cool upgrades and stuff.

-you could also add MORE PLANETS PLUS MOONS i would love more launch places.

-obviously more skins

-maybe you could add contests to see who is best what( furthest launch, most people, etc...)

-You can bring certain types of people to different planets like physicists, astronomers, engineers, and more

-there could be asteroid chunks that you can launch people to for studies as supplies

-ALIENS!!! They can either be friendly, in which they give you resources, or mean, when they fight you. They can also seek refuge at your place, and can also, on holidays, give really good things like rocket parts, and TONS of coins

-and finally, you could make and join little clan things, where you can trade, give, sell, and earn supplies, plus wage ‘war’ on other clans with your people and rockets. Rockets could be used as middles or something

This game is amazing, if you like games about outer space then give it a try. However this game does need more levels to expand to. You launch from earth to mars and then mars to europa and then thats it. This game definitely needs more planets or moons to be able to be landed on and colonized, the ideas are almost limitless if you really think about it. I would definitely love to be able to land on and colonize the other planets and or their moons in our own solar system and maybe eventually adding in levels to exoplanets outside our solar system or even our galaxy. Nonetheless this game is very fun to play and I hope more content is eventually added.

I breezed through this game. I got to almost Elon rank on earth and just went forward in time in settings which for me made the game a lot more easy and interesting. If you ever fixed that little cheat I’d probably stop playing. It’s a really calm game I can play and relax and have fun and be entertained and not be stressed by any set backs or “aliens” other people want. But honestly needs more planets. No resources, no aliens, no setbacks that make you lose money. It just lacks content. It is a very good game but just lacks content and their really is no strategy and it’s not really a challenge which is why I love this game. Just grinding till you get to the next planet.

Been playing for a month and a half now and I️ didn’t see the mars update coming. Awesome update but now earth rocket is maxed out I️ have all of the possible styles for it and I️ got rank 10 for mars and earth. I️ don’t have anything else to do and break records. Anything space has been a passion for me and would like to see go deeper and deeper into the solar system and beyond. Maybe even have to do a space station for further distances or make it harder with alien encounters where you begin to lose people on planets so you have to maintain but you can choose to make contact or to trust a civilization that you meet weather they will help you or destroy you.

It lacks a lot of content. It's all just go to mars, bring people, don't die. It's a Ketchapp game, so chances are they don't care about quality, instead just quantity. I have 3 ways you can add content to make this game better. 1: Aliens. There should be aliens that attack your people while they're away, so you need to focus on bringing a lot of people. 2: Different types of people. Adding different types of people that do different things could help bring a tiny bit of strategy to the game. For example, normal people to help colonize that reproduce to keep the colony growing. Or you could make soldiers that reduce the loss of people when you are away, but each time you go away for an extended period of time, they will slowly die, which makes you have to invest a lot of money into them. Or also maybe a scientist, who bring science points that allow you to upgrade your ship in different ways. 3: ADD PLANETS!!! Adding planets with different groups of people will help bring a ton more strategy, as you need to balance money between each and every planet. Also a little bonus tip, maybe you could add resources on a separate game mode that you find as you land on small asteroids. If you make this happen, and i hope you do, this game will bring waves of players, giving you more money, (that you probably desire the most) and give a lot of people tons of entertainment.
