Seriously. This is IT! If you’re looking for an app to manage all your social media in one place, this is it. I’ve tested and tried many others like it and this is the one I’ve chose to stick with because it’s super easy to use. Schedule posts to several social media platforms simultaneously, format your instagram grid before posting, add comments, tag users, full size IG images and carousel...the list GOES ON! 😍 Customer support is beyond stellar and always quick to respond whenever I have any how-to questions or need help. My life is so much easier because of this app and I’m able to enjoy my life beyond sticking to my phone every hour to post for our business. I’m extremely grateful for Apphi. Thank you! Thank you! I love Apphi . I love the ability to post automatically unlike most apps where you still have to manually upload your post. After you’ve already planned out your post that you’re posting. I would suggest probably a more accurate timing on best to upload based on followers and usage of IG during certain times. It seems that every Thursday has the same set of times to upload. Instead of being more personal best times. Also a issue I’ve ran into is that everytime I log into Apphi. I get an email from Instagram notifying that my phone along with another phone of Samsung “SM-A720F” is logged in at the same time. Not sure what is going on there. Or how that can get fixed. But it’s frightening to know that your info got around to log into another phone that you don’t even have. Other than those issue. Apphi is amazing. And I hope to see these issues fixed in the future.

I got Apphi to help manage more instagram accounts than Apphi lets me use. I paid for it for 6 months, and it did work quite well, so by that token, it’s an effective app.

My complaint is with the services. I found a workaround that I can do for the other accounts that doesn’t require me using the paid service from this app, so I wanted to cancel it. I repeatedly emailed asking for them to cancel, after unsuccessfully being able to cancel through Apphi . They refused, said I had to cancel through Apphi , even though it wasn’t working to do so. By the time I finally was able to use another device to cancel, I had paid for an additional 2 months of an app I was not using, which I believe is why they make it so hard to cancel. The customer service was not helpful, and was unable to answer anything but with the same two sentences they’d obviously been coached on. For this reason, even though Apphi was useful, and I might have considered using it again in future if I needed more multiple account access, for that reason I will not be using it again.

So update from my last review....
You updated Apphi , great cool. It no longer says that Instagram is under maintenance. But it will only let me try and sign in through Facebook but won’t actually link the account cause after I do it, it tells me that my Instagram isn’t a business account. That’s very confusing, I have been using Apphi since 2016 and I never needed any special Instagram for Apphi to work. I have never paid to use Apphi as well, so I hope that’s not going to now be a thing. I’m really hoping you are able to get this fixed and working again. I miss Apphi. It was so amazing and it just stopped working and it’s been a couple of months now!!!!

I have been using Apphi for years now and have been loving it. But it has like completely stopped working in the last month. I can’t even sign in to Instagram anymore. It won’t let me do anything. I really hope you get it fixed soon!!!!!! I miss Apphi!!!!

Apphi has helped me a lot with scheduling posts and stories. It really helped me get organized and gave me peace of mind I bought the most expensive package which I highly recommend getting if you need to post regularly. However I am wondering if a few things can be changed, is it possible to have the interactive options for stories (like polls, etc)? Also when I try to schedule a reoccurring story it won’t work (example: repeat every Sunday). Also when I need to go in an edit a post can it keep the tags without me having to reapply the tags after I’ve changed the picture? That would make Apphi a dream come true. I hope in their updates version some of these changes could be implemented! Thank you this app 😁

I have an instagram account with 65K followers and we promote local business on it. We had all our posts scheduled on Apphi and all of a sudden they disappeared.

They simply deactivated their social media, removed Apphi from Apphi Store and deactivated their website. There was no way to contact them. We went to Twitter and to our surprise a lot of people were in the same situation. There were people that had 100 clients accounts with posts scheduled for the next couple months and their posts simply vanished as they had no way to access Apphi .

Some people had paid 1 year in advanced and lost their money. We were on a monthly plan so we immediately canceled it. However, the damage was done. We lost a lot of good clients because of this app. After a lot of research my best guess is that instagram discontinued their Legacy API and that messed them up due to their lack of planning and in turn they turned our lives upside down without notice. We tired to contact the owner but he does not reply.

Now they are back with little to no features and with no excuse other than we give you 3 months for free. What a joke!

Please be aware that if you place your business in their hand you will end up disappointed. They really don’t care and they can at any moment vanish with your money and content and quite possibly get your social accounts blocked.

Apphi was so great with managing different platforms at one time. You could sign into different social accounts and didn’t to log in through facebook. Now it requires you to log in through facebook to connect your instagram which is ridiculous. I am not a fan of facebook and don’t use it, so for me is a waste of time now that i have to use facebook to log in, and then still not even be able to add any other social media accounts. Even after logging in! I manage an instagram account for my job, in addition to my own and Apphi used to help me so much. I had a paid account and waited patiently after this group just disappeared, with no notice, for months to return. Only for them to come back with less features and complications.
Bring back the previous features! that is what made Apphi great and brought so many people to it.

I tried Apphi today, and I LOVE that I get to post on Instagram from it without having followers and without following anyone.. I love the freedom Apphi affords me and I love the scheduling options as well! This is an empath’s dream! Thank you thank you to developers, I have been raving about Apphi on my Instagram page and I know most people would hide that they’re not always sitting there posting, but I am not afraid of saying what I think and of showing that I appreciate a product no matter where I am or who I speak to
Apphi has been soooo inspiring partly because it is technically disconnected from Instagram and I can’t believe I didn’t think of this sooner! Thank you for giving me my peace of mind back, I am GRATEFUL

I seriously loved Apphi! It is different from any other app for Instagram scheduling, omg he way that you do not have to physically go into Instagram to post your content. It’s a true auto post all. Which helps a lot... the problem is. They recently did an update, or were under maintenance, and it’s been down for over a week.... I cannot log in, and when I emailed them TWICE I’ve gotten no response. I don’t want to cancel my sub, but it seems I have to since I’m not getting any help or reply, and it hasn’t been fixed.. wish I could get some help, because there really seems to be no other app like it:(

The shelter in place mandate created a whole new set of challenges for everyone. For me one of the challenges was a huge spike in social media posting at our nonprofit which was hugely impacted financially by covid19. With the help of this app staff, I purchased the plus plan as a donation to the business. Apphi allows me to easily schedule as many posts as I need at any time. It’s clear to see what you’ve got queued up and notifications are received confirming posts are done. Statistics are also available. Lots of other helpful features along the way as well. Can’t say enough about Apphi , and it’s developer supporting the little nonprofit. 👍🏼

I have been using them for almost a year now and I love them. It has saved me time with the post countless times. I spend a few minutes setting it up and I can be Social on social media while I’m sleeping. I love also that you can reschedule a previous past again. All this can also be done with your stories, as well. Their customer service is top notch they reply immediately and have answer and resolved all my issues and concerns.

It allows you to upload a file and post to multiple accounts at different times during the one post creation session. Even though I set different times over different accounts, the post gets posted to all accounts at the exact same time. Customer service gives a run around and tries to say its a user issue. It is not.

Auto post stopped working suddenly, now the this app site is a google form. Customer service has not responded in about a week as to when the issue will be resolved. Meanwhile, no response as to getting a credit for paying for a service that no longer works.

It was great, but now is it a scam?

Apphi is useful if it actually posts to your instagram without you having to do it manually.

I got charged for a yearly subscription of $120 when it’s been months since I even used Apphi , and didn’t approve the transaction. When I contact customer service they were extremely unhelpful, and unwilling to refund me all my money during a time of hardship. I’m struggling to put food on the table for my family during this pandemic, but all these owners care about is profit. Sadly, I’m not the only customer this has happened to.

I highly recommend finding another app that has the same function that actually cares about its reputation and it’s paying customers.

I have used Apphi on my IOS device for a few months for free and after I felt I needed, I got my subscription for $15 monthly. In the first two months, app didn’t work twice and post my scheduled contents, so I had to post them manually. When I asked them why it did not work, they said because Instagram was down. For the last two months, I cannot share any video on the desktop. I asked them once again they said they are trying to solve the problem and I am still waiting. I recommended it to a friend and he said the same plan I have was cheaper. I checked pricing page and yeah it is true. They charge me $15 while they charge new users $13. I will never ever recommend and use Apphi again. I am just waiting for it to end.

I’d like to give this a high 4 stars BUT I’m very concerned where my credentials are going. I just plugged in 2 of my IG accounts & I got notifications from InstaGram security that my account was signed into two different devices... did anyone catch that for theirs? I own an iPhone, & my acct got signed into a Samsung device & a oneplus a3010? Not even sure what that last one was... but if anyone else experienced that, or developers can tell me how safe it is or can recheck their security, that would be great for a peace of mind... other than that, I deleted 2 other apps bc this felt so much easier to work with. I enjoy the fluidity and organization of Apphi . Easy to use, but security issue ?

I love Apphi so much but they just had an epic fail with their update. I clicked Apphi to go schedule a post and it made me update Apphi . So, I did. Then when I re-opened Apphi , all of my potential future posts that were in the drag and drop section were gone. I had about 45 photos organized and ready for posting. All of that work and organization was for nothing because of a failed update. Other than that, Apphi is great. I love how easy it is and very functional. But come on! At least give a warning message or something before the update is forced on us so we know.

I love being able to use Apphi for when I am running my business page and I love how I can still schedule out and be reminded to manually post when I’ve reached my maximum posts.

However, today I went to check Apphi since I have one scheduled for 7:30 am every day and there was no notification or reminder to post. I currently can’t log into my account or access any of my posts that I’ve input. I’ve attempted to download Apphi on a different device but it pops up as not available in my area?

I’m hoping this issue is resolved since I have put numerous hours of work into pre-scheduling.

UPDATE: It now requires a Facebook page to connect your Instagram so I created a page to attempt to get the multitude of hours of work I put in back. I finally got access to post to my Instagram but the hundreds of posts that I had scheduled out are not there. If you are looking for a good scheduling app, search elsewhere. I’ve found Planoly works so much better and it has not ghosted me this far!

I bought the one year subscription to use the advanced features to promote my business. this app has since changed what accounts they are allowed to post to, making the account that I have unable to use their services. They refused to offer any money back or partial refund even though they can no longer provide the services I bought the subscription for. They deactivated my account after I said I would leave a review reflecting the poor customer service I experienced. It’s a complete waste of money in my opinion and their services will change without warning, beware.

It is a very simple interface compared to some other scheduling apps. The automatic posting to Instagram / Facebook pages / Twitter works without a problem. The “Add First Comment” feature for Instagram is invaluable. I just can’t believe it’s free. I’m never bogged down with offers in Apphi to “upgrade to PRO” because i don’t think there is a PRO version. The free version has all the features! Also, no ads on Apphi . It’s just too good to be true

I have been using Apphi for a few days now managing more than one IG account and when they say you can schedule your posts in advance you literally plan, schedule and then forget about it, it does it FOR YOU! No opening Apphi and posting it manually like other apps I paid astronomical subscriptions for. You can post regular posts, videos, IGTV videos and stories posts. Only minor thing I would like to see improved is the ability to add GIFS to decorate IG stories. Other than that fantastic please keep it as is❤️⭐️⭐️

By far the best app for IG posting/scheduling. I manage multiple IG accounts for local businesses in my area so I was specifically looking for an app that will allow me to manage 2+ accounts. Not only did I get that with Post this app but I love how much you can go into detail with posts (tag people & locations, use hashtags, add 1st comment, AND MORE!!!). On top of everything you have control over, it’s super easy to use. I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION PROBABLY THE BEST PART, ITS ALSO FREEEEEEEE. I’m a huge fan of Apphi. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The best in all the market.... it doesn’t exactly what it says it’ll do. Post your story, Instagram photo or whatever right when you set it up to. I love that it’s like I’m already on Instagram and it has the stickers features..: with polls and questions. I only wish they had an option to choose past stories from archives... then you’d have a customer for life

I LOVE and am OBSESSED with the concept of Apphi. It’s so smart and provides solutions to many things for me. No other app I’ve found does what this does.

The only thing is that the technical details fall short and crashes or just doesn’t load and work very often. I would much rather pay a bit for Apphi for it to work well rather than have it crash all the time. Please fix this! I, as well as others I’m sure are willing to pay for Apphi to hav it work well.

There was never a limit for how many posts I could schedule for free. Now I’ve supposedly reached the limit for 10 free schedules a month. Given that this is a new update I should have been forewarned about this new feature, there should be a grace period or something stating that there will be a limit to how many free posts we can schedule a month BEFORE charging. $9/month is not a lot but this is an app—I prefer not to have to subscribe to an app that was originally free especially without warning. There were several issues with it in the first place and I don’t believe it’s worth the subscription. Thanks a lot. -__-

UPDATE: Not free. You get 10 auto-posts, then you have to subscribe.
This brings my rating down to 3 stars because $10 or $30/mo with subpar editing tools isn't worth that recurring rate. How many app subscriptions can a person afford, anyway?
Everyone seems to be jumping on the Subscription bandwagon. Too bad. I'm bummed. Back to my old app.

I went from 0-73k (@absolutecuties)followers on one account and 0-43k (@absoluteteens) on another using this. It was very helpful with my success on Instagram. I would schedule all my post on the weekend and wouldn’t have to worry about posting on multiple accounts because it would do it for me.
Literally made it so much easier to grow my accounts

I have been using this application for almost 4 yrs on and off. The only reason off is financial reasons due to building my business. But now, that i have the resources, i have combined this app with another software i use and this app has become the main engine to our powerful Marketing Network! Keep up the goodwork guys!!!!!
