Please update and fix ColoradoSpringsSD11 ! I can’t access my children’s classes or any information anymore. It’s just stuck on the rotating highlights. It was working great until it just removed all the icons. Now I have no access from here and power school 🤦🏻♀️ Please fix

The credentials I have work on the website but not in ColoradoSpringsSD11 . I get a message telling me to contact the school my child goes to. I did that and was told no one there can help me. When I asked who could I was told to go to the school’s library. Why does D11 put ColoradoSpringsSD11 out and then have no one within their IT Department supporting this?
App used to have all the choices below the top scroll, now it’s completely blank. I tried deleting and reinstalling and it comes back to exactly the same place. This makes it complicated worthless as a parent.
App hasn’t worked on iPhone 14 Pro with dynamic island for a few months now.

It was working fine until recently when it won’t let me log in any more!! My log in works just fine on the website, so there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work on ColoradoSpringsSD11 ! Totally lame!!!!
I have really liked ColoradoSpringsSD11 until now. After installing on my new phone, I am unable to log in. I can sign in to the website just fine, but I get the “invalid login” message on ColoradoSpringsSD11 .

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to 11 and the notifications stopped working. I have them all turned on and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling ColoradoSpringsSD11 . Still doesn’t work.
Most links take you to “this page has moved”. It is very complicated to access the Q connection/parent portal.
It has a lot of great features but they just don’t work as well as one would hope.
