- Have to change protocols in order to get things unblocked if the default one doesn’t work

- Difficult to understand how the protocols work

To resolve X-VPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the X-VPN App
1. On android, goto Settings » X-VPN » click [Force Stop]

Clear X-VPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » X-VPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart X-VPN.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click X-VPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto X-VPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch X-VPN
