How to fix SunStreet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SunStreet app on iPhone
Update SunStreet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SunStreet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SunStreet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SunStreet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SunStreet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SunStreet app issues:

Force Stop the SunStreet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SunStreet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SunStreet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SunStreet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SunStreet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SunStreet.

Fix SunStreet unable to contact server/ SunStreet internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SunStreet » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SunStreet » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SunStreet on android.
