App does not work.

Before kicking out a product that stands and to be and very much would be so beneficial to families tracking their benefit information, maybe troubleshoot the problem. The expectation is to sign in and use it. How confident should be really be knowing you have our information. When the app doesn't even work. How secure is the personal information behind the scenes.
Take this down and fix it. Everyone is wasting their time. LOOK at the reviews
Not Working At All

I just downloaded this app. I was really looking forward to using it as a helpful guide for my family. But I can’t even click the sign-up button. The app immediately freezes and then force closes. It’s completely unusable. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it twice. It’s still not working. I’m going to keep it on my phone until the next update. And if it’s still not working after that, I will delete it for good.
Highly disappointed :(
Cool app, but scam doesn’t work.

I really like the app. It makes things very easy when shopping for our items. However the scan feature never works for me, even tried to close out and reopen the app to no avail. Still like it, wish scan worked.
