How to fix REO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the REO app on iPhone
Update REO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall REO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix REO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve REO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent REO app issues:

Force Stop the REO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click REO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update REO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear REO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "REO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch REO.

Fix REO unable to contact server/ REO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click REO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got REO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch REO on android.
