- Received a response saying ETVWin was updated and issue was fixed. Just tested again and still has the same issue. Issue reported is from apple App Store and NOT google play store. Response clearly states to update ETVWin from google play store. This clearly indicates that there was no action taken to address the issue. Just a generic response to all the users. ETVWin is Trash!

Most of the shows do not load and throws an error. Sent multiple emails with absolutely no response. Please don’t waste your money on apps like this. App never gets updated and no one cares about the reported issues.

ETVWin allows to sign up through Apple ID and then when I try to sign in using a browser, it doesn’t show Apple id login. I tried to contact the support and they are ignoring my emails.

This is the worst app. I wanted to cancel the subscription and there is no way to cancel it. I have messaged 3 thrice and each time I got automated message you can’t cancel your subscription when account is active. How on earth one can cancel this worst subscription.

I brought the subscription through Apple yet I suddenly lost access to premium content. How can apple let this kind of app with horrible quality control be on its App Store? Certainly putting in a complaint with apple about ETVWin.

Subscribed through apple pay but still not able to access the content, reached out to support and no response. Fortunately apple refunded money back. And the subscription in ETVWin doesn’t work it just keeps loading forever.

I’ve repeatedly tried to use the Etv Win app, but it fails to open every time, showing an error message: “Something went wrong. Don’t worry, it’s not you - it’s us.” Despite attempts to fix this (reinstalling, checking the internet, etc.), the issue persists. This problem prevents access to its content, causing significant inconvenience.

I should have read the reviews and refrained from purchasing a subscription. I registered via Apple and purchased subscription but now, ETVWin doesnt let me in via Apple. Its a nice way to scam people of their money by denying access as early as the next day of purchase.

I reached out to support and they copy paste the same response no matter what you write to them.

Save your time and money and watch the same shows elsewhere.

Looks like the old mentality of etv doesnt go away. They dont want you to watch their shows on tv. Just watch on a small mobile screen. Or they dont know developing that common functionality of casting even after many requests.

ETVWin is having a many bugs, mainly the cast option is only visible when I am on my mobile net. When I’m turn on my wifi, cast option is disappearing and ETVWin has the feedback option when we fill the feedback form and try to submit, it is never getting submitted.

There is a chrome cast issue in ETVWin . If wifi is turned on, chromecast option should be shown & if wifi turned off chromecast option should be disabled. But it’s working in reverse, if wifi is turned on chromecast option is disabled & if wifi is turned off chromecast option is being enabled. Please fix that issue.

I think etv win source files kept in India and selling product all over the world by advertising they give Full HD. The fact is quality sucking with 500 mbps Xfinity connection. It’s not worth of subscribing until you compromise with blur image.

ETVWin is taking me to olden days of viewing experience.

Please fix quality issue to before loosing the ETV reputation.

In USA login and Subscribe are not working, even after login it’s showing the login screen again to subscribe. Through web I am able to login but payment option is showing error.

Full screen doesn’t work in Ipad. Whenever i try to go full screen, It displays warning “ your browser doesn’t support full screen”

Though I have 1GBPS fiber optic. The content from etv WIN either low quality or keep switching from
HD to low.. all other streaming services are excellent. Need to upgrade the stream capability for WIN, also I see audio sync issues for few movies (eg: Pappan) hope you guys can fix it.

Hello, since I grew up with Eenadu and ETV, I was nostalgic and subscribed to ETVWin when I read the news ETV group was stating an OTT platform.
My disappointment was that ETVWin is only available on Apple iPhone but not on Apple TV, more over I cannot cast it on Apple TV from my phone which is a big dud.
Hope you guys rectify the situation quickly and also make sure your app availability on Apple TV

ETVWin on Samsung smart tv doesn’t load well and there is no way to fast forward. Having trouble navigating and if a movie is paused and if you want to watch at a later time, it starts from beginning, there is no way to resume. App need lot of improvement, otherwise, it’s a waste to take the subscription

App crashes all the time… but shows are good, looking forward for old shows like Sneha… browsing experience can also be better… are you planning to release on Apple TV????

I paid the us subscription and ETVWin is not working. Fix it asap.

The Nostalgic feeling browsing through a ton of movies and shows but as an app player it doesn’t have a feature to rewind or fast-forward with 10 sec timer, cannot be cast to tv, unable to resume\continue watching from where we left. Addressing these features would enhance the overall experience

Dear Team, Please improve the performance of the application as it is taking ages to load the content and stream videos though connected from 1gbps wifi.

I’m not able to find app on Apple TV app store. Link does exits? Or coming soon?

Its good to finally see all our favorite shows via app, but please do enable cast option.

App has good collection but we cannot watch content always in mobile. Need casting to TV is must!!

Good one.. but it would be excellent if you can provide casting from mobile to TV using chromecast or any other device

We can not cast movies to tv. Movies are limited to watch only on mobile and the player used to watch movie doesn’t allow you to cast to tv. Please change that or enable ETVWin on apple tv.

I am surprised to know about ETVWin and is very excited to see the contents of it. Bhagavatham series is completely available.. wow!!
Please enable videos to be accessible on TV as well as it is very tough to watch videos on mobile phone entirely. Waiting for that update.

I would like to cast to my Samsung Tv but there is no option showing up. Please add cast option.

Good collection and good work by ETV to see all ETV channels in one app includes everything like shows, serials, movies and programs..keep going ... all are for free

I am very happy with ETVWin. Great UI and user friendly and it’s available in US. That’s amazing

App is awesome, i guess the next update would be cast option.
