Worst app ever, cant even cancel the subscription

This is the worst app. I wanted to cancel the subscription and there is no way to cancel it. I have messaged 3 thrice and each time I got automated message you can’t cancel your subscription when account is active. How on earth one can cancel this worst subscription.
Worst App ever. Period!

- Received a response saying the app was updated and issue was fixed. Just tested again and still has the same issue. Issue reported is from apple App Store and NOT google play store. Response clearly states to update the app from google play store. This clearly indicates that there was no action taken to address the issue. Just a generic response to all the users. This APP is Trash!
Most of the shows do not load and throws an error. Sent multiple emails with absolutely no response. Please don’t waste your money on apps like this. App never gets updated and no one cares about the reported issues.
Chrome cast issue

There is a chrome cast issue in the app. If wifi is turned on, chromecast option should be shown & if wifi turned off chromecast option should be disabled. But it’s working in reverse, if wifi is turned on chromecast option is disabled & if wifi is turned off chromecast option is being enabled. Please fix that issue.
