Installed this cam and app and now I have to PAY to view memory card recording, they let you view for a few days then want to to get cloud storage to view your sd memory recordings, $70 buck a year or by the month !🤬 I should be able to see memory card recordings without having to pay for cloud storage!! It seems to record for a hour then no more recording will be listed or to be seen! Then if you remove the card to view no records to view!!
Do get the camera unit!!!!!! 😤

Wsma6117 was the seller. They got me good.I was having problems with it could not get The camera to record. They had me change different Sd cards which I purchased two and borrowed one. Then I purchased exact one when they recommended, still did not work. I told him it’s still not andI am returning it. There reply was as of yesterday it’s too late to return. They screwed me good. They delayed me and delayed me until I could not return so be careful when dealing with WSMA611

I am in the IP camera business, thought I would try this little toy, looked like a fun camera. Weeks to get the camera. Their app won’t send me a registration email, so I can’t even set it up, too bad. Was hoping for an inexpensive PTZ for all those clients who want a DYI option. My guess is they outsold their backend capability and the servers are going up and down. If I can get it connected to wireless I will see if I can access through regular ONVIF software and will update this review. Otherwise it’s return to sender...

I have had these cameras for a few months and had some problems setting up the cameras but figured it out after a couple of tries. They have gone offline but have figured out it’s easy to get on my network and restart the connection. My current issue since the update is the scheduled times to record. Yes I hate all the notifications but if the camera is on when it’s supposed to be they aren’t as annoying. I enter a schedule but hey don’t stick. I have to manually turn it off and on daily. And I can’t delete any of the scheduled times. There were 3 on there when YCC365 updated (& not the times I had assigned). The old app did not have this problem, you could program it for a schedule on certain days of the week. Please fix this bug. It is annoying!

After taking forever to reset the camera and get it connected to WiFi, I was thinking “this is going to be great!” Then the notifications began. Constant notifications with no reason for them. The settings have no way to turn them off and one hour apart is the longest period of time allowed between each notification. It also records everything all day and night. I wanted a cam to record and let me know when it detected motion. The way it’s set up to work, a burglar could break in and be gone and I would never know unless I played the video back (and by the way it’s in real time: can’t find a way to speed up the recording)

As time goes on more problems with this garbage and not one person can be reached to get any helps? YCC365 is Garbage! No Customer Service! They ended my Subscription 2 months early! Camera does not function properly without a subscription! Tracks bugs/animals best! If you buy this camera you will regret Not looking at the the ones that are same price range, where if you need help a Customer Service agent is available to address your Concerns! THREE YEARS SO MANY ISSUES NOT ONCE DID I EVER TALK TO A PERSON? THEY DONT HAVE SUCH AN EMPLOYEE IF ANY AT ALL? BUYER BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I regret going with this Camera EVERY SINGLE DAY!

I did everything that the instructions told me to do. But when I open YCC365 it doesn’t even give me the option to “setup” an account. So the furthest I’ve got on this is literally opening the camera and downloading YCC365 . I can’t go any further because YCC365 won’t allow me to setup the account. Wasted my money on the camera that I will be sending back. No tech support. Nothing. I’ve been trying for the past hour a half to set it up but literally won’t let me set up an account because there isn’t a button on my app to do so!

..to view clips on the cloud 😒.. in messages and playback.. which is so frustrating.. i have it set up outside in my driveway and the picture in the messages (when a motion or sound is detected) doesn’t always show you what the motion/sound is before you open it.. every once in a while you’ll see it’s a person walking or car driving by so I know if it’s worth waiting for it to load or not 🙄 also, when I purchased the wrong package, there was no number or email to contact to switch the packages or delete one. I had to wait until one ended for the next one to start. Also, sometimes the alarm randomly goes off even when I have it set up to stay off. Camera quality is hd and sd but I can’t tell the difference...

App has not been updated for more than a year. On the last update notifications stopped working on iphones.
Have seen many users with the same issue but developper does not seem to fix it.
Was planning on adding cameras but will search for another option.

I paid for an entire year in advance and only got several months before I was blocked with no service and no way of contacting anyone to repair or adjust my service?

Otherwise... I Enjoyed the security just not the length of service after paying for an entire year!

The this app app gives to many alerts and the other app none and this app you can’t review video footage and the other one you can review video footage they need to combine them both together or remake YCC365 but for now I have both apps

Accoriding to requirements, compatible with iOS 8 and above. Using an older ipad with iOS 9.3, and YCC365 crashes upon opening all the time. Using an iphone with iOS 12.2, app works. But, I use the old iPad to monitor various cams in the house. If YCC365 won't work as specified, it's not useful. Please fix it so that it retains compatibility, as noted in developer's notes

YCC365 works on and off. I just received it today so I’m trying to give it a chance but it just bumped me offline. When I left the house I checked my notifications but could not see the live feed it was just loading

Don’t get me wrong. I love it. I use it for my daughters room so I can check on her throughout the night. Pretty much like a baby monitor. I just hate that it constantly tells me there’s motion detected when there isn’t. I point it directly at the ceiling every morning so the notifications aren’t as bad but it’s just annoying getting all those notifications throughout the day. I woke up this morning with 57. The only thing that I have learned truly works is the sound detection. When I get one of those notifications then I know somethings going on.

Besides the intermittent flash that comes from the camera every so often. My biggest issue with YCC365 is that most of the time I cannot access any previous video. Sometimes it works but not often. It is good for logging in and watching current situations. In the last month my camera system has been hacked twice and I had very secure passwords . So in all YCC365 needs a lot of work . Thansk

Just downloaded newest version now all 10 cameras load live video almost instantly even cameras that are far from Wi-Fi source no more waiting 10 seconds for each camera to see live feed haven’t tested other features yet

YCC365 works off and on with the device, it keeps crashing then I have to reboot my device, I tried to update but still waiting for the update on the firmware

Handy and works well. Consider adding a selection for cloud events to play multiple selected events at once. Also consider showing time length of cloud event in listing as certain ones for a certain length would normally be “regular traffic”

Ok I have read the other reviews and I just don’t understand a lot of the issues that others are having. First off the connection stated that you must use a phone connected to your router on the 2.4ghz band. Now I have experienced freezing of YCC365 while trying to watch my live feed. But I just closed YCC365 and restarted. Other than that it’s been great. I had a sd card laying around so I stuck that in it. It records on the sd card when a event occurs( motion and sound). Which is good instead of just recording useless loops of nothing. Now I don’t like the Cloud service that keeps trying to get me to order. I don’t want it. I just record to my sd card. Also if there was a way to view the events that occurred so that I can know when they happened. But other than that is is great. So just take your time when setting this up. Phone on 2.4ghz , plug in the camera then aim the phone at the lens of camera.

YCC365 is so simple and easy to use. Literally just open app and put in front of the camera and enter WiFi network and pw and you’re good to go.

Messed up product. You have to watch an advert to view your camera. It's so disgusting. Adverts upon adverts just to have a home camera after you already paid for the product. I WOULD NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THEM
