Hi, I tried to make an account and it took a long time and failed. I tried again and I got 2 confirmation mails which I confirmed and now I cannot login and I only get error messages. A friend told me he saw 2 accounts on my name. Can it be that the registration went wrong and that the double account is giving issues for me to log in? I have been invited for a game and I need to pay in advance to avoid a fine but I cannot access my account to make this happen, plus I want to play and for that I need it to work.

I had a game and I was running late because I went to a different club by mistake. I let everyone know about it. One guy told me he had a friend who can replace me and if i don't come it was fine. I would have payed for his friend basically. I tried to make it but would have missed the first 30min and they were already 4. It didn't make any sense to go and kick the guy out after 30 min. Then the guy complained and I have to pay for the whole game. I'm not going to pay the whole thing, I'm responsible for being late but once he told me it's fine if I don't come that's on him too. I'd like to keep playing and use my account but I'm not paying the full amount

I tried to book a place in Belgium - SGW padel- but all dates and opening hours are unavailable . I contacted already the owner of SWG padel, but he does not know how to solve the issue as on his owner account it works.He adviced me to contact you. I tried on the app of my husband too but the same problem. Can you please help me?

Dear, I was wondering if my level could be reset on the Playtomic app? I've been playing with a cracked racket for the last 3 and finally bought a new one. The people I play with have levels between 2 and 3.5. Now when I play with them most of the time the scores don't change due to the level difference. I really appreciate your assistance. I allready downloaded the Playtomic app but I need a password to get acces to the system. When I say ‘ password forgotten’ I get the message they will send me a password by mail. I allready tried this a few times but I never recieve this password. Can you please help me. Thx
