I stored a lot of videos and photos on PrivatePhotoVault . There was a glitch in PrivatePhotoVault and everything was inaccessible. I lost it all. I contacted the developers and customer service with no reply. I was willing to pay even if it was a paid service. I will advice anyone that is willing to safely secure documents, pictures or videos to stay away from PrivatePhotoVault.

It was working good but as soon as I added a contact to the vault and deleted the contact from my contact list PrivatePhotoVault no more opens up . I tried adding the contact back but no respite . PrivatePhotoVault just flickers and never shows up. Hope the developer can fix this for me

Well... It was a good run while it lasted. Had PrivatePhotoVault for about two years and had probably 500 or so pics or documents hidden with it and I was happy with it for a long time. Then out of the blue it will not open past the start screen without crashing. Doesn't even make it to the calculator screen. Very disappointing but not entirely unexpected I suppose. Newest development is there's ZERO support because if you click on the support button it tells you no page exists. It was free I guess and I got what I paid for. But beware.

I love the idea, but there are a few major bugs that needs to be fixed

For starters the name is of PrivatePhotoVault is annoying. It says “secret calculator vault” right on it. I don’t mind that so much - I’m a grown man want to use PrivatePhotoVault for credit cards and videos/pics of my wife. But I can see how it can be a problem for others who want to hide their porn.

Also, the ads don’t close: it’s ok to have ads, you gotta make money. But every time I get push the “x” on the add PrivatePhotoVault crashes or it takes me to PrivatePhotoVault Store (or just does nothing)

Lastly, trying to upload videos from my camera roll doesn’t work. I left it sitting for 20 minutes and the loading wheel just keeps spinning. Kind of defeats the whole purpose if I can’t even add my own videos.

I’m no longer able to access the credentials portion. Every time I open it and then click on one of my saved accounts it shuts down. The photo portion still works fine but had to reset all of my passwords for each account I had saved. If there is a way to fix this glitch it would be great again.

I’ve had PrivatePhotoVault for a few years now until recent never had a problem. But for some reason all of a sudden it will not let me open PrivatePhotoVault it will not even let me put in my password anymore I have no idea what to do either I have photos in there that I would like to get out and notes.

PrivatePhotoVault was good and all but I had to delete and download it 3 times because it kept crashing and I’d try to open it again but it wouldn’t work and i couldn’t get into it so i recommend it but only if you have a high anger tolerance because I got so annoyed when I had to download it again.

Worked great did what it was supposed to….up until the point that iOS updated and now PrivatePhotoVault crashes when opened. I can’t access any of my photos now. Needs an update to PrivatePhotoVault .

Works fine except sometimes when you try to upload videos it crashes. Frustrating.

Hey man you guys just have to fix the application because it’s really not working fine anymore since I updated my iPhone X to the latest version. I’ve a lot on PrivatePhotoVault and wouldn’t wanna lose any. Thanks

So the thing is that PrivatePhotoVault is just there the pony is just to look like a calculator but it’s hard to see it like a calculator when it has calculator vault in your home screen so yeah is there a way to change it or remove it

I have been using PrivatePhotoVault for quite some time now and I have found it useful. But very recently, PrivatePhotoVault haven’t been able to launch on my iPhone 7s. I basically have some pictures and documents in it. I need help

How useful PrivatePhotoVault is at hidding infomations and the nice interface. I’m just affraid that PrivatePhotoVault’s owner can see our secrets and sell them. So thats why you should only save p**n, not your private images.

Please fix the browser it does not work anytime I click a website or link it just re routes me and doesn’t open page please fix!!

I forgot my password and I need help getting back into it, please help

This is a great app very well thought of when I was trying to log into that it works out I Kalkulator also so I got a confused and I used it for a math work so when I got log back in I saw that it was a break-in alert and it was a picture with it so if my mom or dad broke I would’ve known it was them PrivatePhotoVault is a very great app you I would use it if I was a teenager in nature and more if I had a wife or husband who I sleep on my phone yeah

Never get it, it would let you back in after a couple of weeks

I am upgrading my iPhone. now PrivatePhotoVault stopped working now I can open PrivatePhotoVault to see my pictures and videos. what can I do, pls.

How to recover password there is no forget password option also please help

I love PrivatePhotoVault for keeping private photos and information. But there a few adds every now and then and also I had to get a second vault app like this for other photos due to the lack of space.

This is stupid. The so-called purpose is to prevent people from finding out you have stuff in your calculator, but nope, PrivatePhotoVault name is “Calculator Vault”. Defeats the whole purpose of having an app like this.

Would have been a wonderful app hadn’t it been for this very dumb mistake on the developer’s part.

Used it many times now 5 videos won’t play in PrivatePhotoVault which is frustrating emailed developer but no reply!
