I was charged $1,044.00 even after I canceled my subscription. After I canceled my subscription Steven Gabbard emailed me saying how sorry they were to see me leave and even offered me more time during trial period to stay on. On 5/7/2021 $1,044.00 was fraudulently withdrawn from my account. He offered to only refund $400.00 of my money and give me a future credit of $644.00 of my own money. Now how ridiculous is that. Once I told him that my bank was going to handle the fraudulent withdrawal he then said he was not going to refund me anything since I reported the fraudulent charges to my bank. Contractor Forman will steal yyyour money even after you cancel.

Does not work as promised

I have been using time keeping apps for 8 years. I got this system because it does job management as well. It has issues though. I missed payroll three weeks in a row, because I couldn’t invoice customers based on time. I reached out to live chat every week, NOT ONCE DID THEY HELP ME GET MY TIME CARDS RIGHT. I would save info, only to have it revert back. When I type in the correct date, it would revert to previous numbers. I was forced to use my old system. I decided to keep the system and use the management software. I have 4.6 million in jobs loaded in the schedule. I load all jobs and dates correctly, and they come jumbled in the GANT chart. I click and drag and straightened it out, only to have it revert on the save. I reach out to live chat, and I can’t believe how unbelievably unhelpful they are. All I get it is , please wait. Or they have absolutely no idea what I am talking about. Been waiting for 30 minutes with no response back. Just awful. And no they will not refund. Even if nothing works as it should. Even if live chat has not solved a single issue.

Worst app I’ve ever used!

Absolute disaster and waste of money! We tried this management software at the beginning of the year thinking it would be a simple APP that would help manage information and deadlines in the field.... little did we know it would end up being a multiple week training and webinars to learn how to do even the simplest things. It ended up costing 5X as much as the APP let on in the description. We ended up not even using it because the training alone for several employees was going to be way too costly. After 7 months of not using it and requesting to close the account last month they charged our card $1300, when we contacted them they said they would only give half of it back.... needless to say, be weary, they talk a good game up front but goes downhill once they get your money!

Horrible customer service! Outdated U.I.

The platform has major issues and is missing a lot of features compared to other project management systems. User interface is very mediocre and our clients didn’t like it. Our field crew didn't like it. We are a home builder and remodeler. We tried it out along with a few other systems like Buildertrend and CoConstruct. Decided this wasn’t worth it and spoke to a rep to cancel within the 30 days. They refuse give refund. Read other similar reviews with similar stories. A lot of people had issues like this. It is not a free demo. They are trying to keep more than $1000
