I am now in year 2 with this very disappointing heater system. It absolutely never works properly. At the beginning of the day it can start burning my feet. I turn it down and it quits heating. I reset it and maybe it works for a run. Maybe. Bought with Surefoot that I think should refund the cost ... Show more

I love the socks but the app is pretty bad. Pause button doesn't keep it paused, it will resume within minutes despite the phone being locked with no other interactions.
Sometimes top left buttons overlap iOS back button on iPhone 8+ top left notch.

Is there customer service?? Poor execution

Super disappointed. Charge boots all night, work fine, then I ski on the mountain and they shut off! My phone is 3’ from my boots. I’m 5’3” and my phone is in my jacket pocket. But why does my phone have to even be near by or even on for boots to work? They don’t work skiing with or without the app... Show more
