Close and restart the Tempo app on iPhone
Update Tempo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tempo iPhone app

Fix Tempo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tempo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Tempo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tempo app issues:

Force Stop the Tempo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tempo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tempo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tempo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tempo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tempo.

Fix Tempo unable to contact server/ Tempo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tempo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tempo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tempo on android.
